I can't believe how expensive they are. I got two dogs from Columbia shelter for less than half the cost. This included spaying and neutering, a free bag of food each and a certificate for a free vet visit each. Why is Moberly so expensive?

I would not believe all the great posts about this place. Lady was rude and totally unhelpful we were an impediment to her day. Go somewhere else.

I volunteered for the animal shelter running a booth and loved it. The animals are well taken care of and the workers care about the animals and not just a job.

I know running an animal shelter has has to be stressful not only one for the dogs but also for the people running the place Becky went out of her way to help me with a Australian Shepherd We rescued two of them and they were more than willing to take in one of them thank you so much Becky and Karen you guys are awesome

Don't feel they are fair to low income families for their forever pets that they can make money for someones pet. That's rude and certainly not taking into consideration the population of dogs who needs a home, instead of taking special interest in making money on someone else's pets that belongs to the children in the home the dog grew up in.

Becky is amazing and absolutely loves the animals and has worked so hard over the last year to upgrade the facility to help the dogs be as comfortable and safe as possible. Sparing no expense even if she had to pay for it herself!

Turned away from bringing in a lost or dumped puppy bc I didn’t find him in city limits. This poor fella needs help and unfortunately we have 2 week old puppies and can’t have him around them for health purposes.
