I went in to your local Lowe's, with a list, for my son. It was a bit overwhelming, trying to find everything he wanted. An employee, Angie Davis, must have noticed my distress & offered to help me. Angie went out of her way to help me find everything on my list and was so kind about it. And, my son was pleased when I came home with exactly what he needed. I will be a repeat customer.

The bathrooms have been a mess for months now. Stalls won't close properly, toilet paper holders are broken, as well as the paper towel holder. Some of the sink faucets won't even turn on. This is a home improvement store. The materials are at hand. Why aren't these things being fixed?

We don't like the self check outs!!!!! Very time we go there they are trying their best to get us to go thru!!!!! The cashers want to stand and tell you that you need to go thru it but they will check you out. If that is the case then have your regular check out open. My husband doesn't care for them. He gets up set if he has to go thru one. The self check out are a bad thing!1. No customer contact.2. Some people have questions and no one to answer them.3. Self check out takes away someone job.4. I don't work for Lowe's so why would I want to do that job.5. If there was a Menard in this town I would go there instead of Lowe's. They know how to check customers out!6. The big bosses what to see how many people are using the Self check out.

I have found the staff to be friendly and helpful. Like almost everyone else, I'm not a fan of the self checkout.And I would buy more if they had lower delivery fees.

Unfortunately, it's the only box store close. Stay away if you want "custom" cabinets or special order anything. They need to get their act together. They use a 3rd party scheduler, and it confuses everyone. The contractor that installed the cabinets didn't even find a stud for the floating shelves, and it was put up with screws and barely held a bowl. The doors are not aligned, and the kick boards aren't even lined up with the bottoms. The measurements were screwed up, so more parts needed/orders, and it took an additional 3 weeks. Lowes gave us one date for installation, and then they were a no-show. The contractor showed up the next day with no idea what I was talking about.The main manager to the store never followed up like he promised. He seems to have no idea what is going on when called. He makes a lot of promises and doesn't follow through. Jaxson was one of two of the only employees who were helpful and knowledgeable.We ordered appliances. They got canceled due to changes in shipping locations. We reordered them, and then they got confused as to when to deliver them. The dishwasher was lost and not on the truck. The poor delivery guys from columbia were called in to help moberly since Moberly didn't and couldn't get the employees needed. Took another week for them to deliver the dishwasher that was lost in the back of the store.My list goes on. BEWARE OF SPECIAL ORDERS AND INSTALLS with this location, especially. Expect no help from the main store manager and false promises.

I paid for 7 sheets of foam board on line. The store contacted me to let me know my materials was ready for pickup. When I got to the store in wasn't ready. They had no idea why. And couldn't even get any help . Had to locate the foam board in the store, load it up myself. Terrible service. Won't do this again

Went in for a couple miscellaneous scrap two by fours and some concrete. The staff was very helpful in getting us what we needed helping us load and get checked out. They MOD and David and the lumber area we’re great. There was also two other people that I did not get their name. What a great staff!!! .

If I could give them a -5☆ I would!!! Every time we have a major home repair on rentals this is what we find!!! Employees standing in groups watching you wonder around lost or stand till they are finished telling how drunk they got last night or other family gossip then ask if they can help you. " I am sorry this is not my department" and continues on......WTH??? No one hardly ever knows if they have a product without playing on their phones. What happened to the employee that knew where the stuff is?? Don't go unless you HAVE to.

I was there looking for garden plants and trees. Not many trees available but an otherwise awesome garden department. Hard-to find varieties there and awesome friendly employees there. Great prices on plants too.

Had a roofing installation contracted through Lowe's with a focus on my roof leak at the chimney and that was to include a new venting system. The contractor didn't install the vents at the eaves as was advertised in the brochure, and told me that since there was already airflow at the gables it wasn't important. They left all the unused material in my garage. Then nearly a year later, the leaky spot returns. I called to request a repair and was told my warranty had run out and the contractor was out of business. Only upside was the ability to pay it off without interest. Would not recommend Lowe's in general for this poor quality and this specific location for their lack of customer care.

Team members are helpful and knowledgeable--or are able to find the answer to what is needed. The store is clean and stocked with what items I was needing, and those I interacted with were friendly. I love this store and wish there were some closer to home.

This is a smaller Lowes. The main reason I only gave it a four star rating was because they didn't have an electric cart available. I normally do not shop without one. However, what I wanted was right inside the door and another batch of plants, just down the right about twenty feet, so I was able to purchase what I wanted without being in too much pain.Another small mention was the dryness of the plants!! As we were going to the cash register there was a large cart of clearance plants. Most nearly dead for lack of water and still only half price. Sorry, I wouldn't pay half price for a nearly dead plant...

We bought a window unit air conditioner at this Lowe's because we live right here in Moberly. When they gave us the install date it's long time. So we called the scheduling co and got someone who barely speaks English. They moved the date up but when that day came got a text saying call to reschedule. Did that and got a date that we will be out of town. We need ac badly. Never do business with this store unless you want the runaround.

Went in to find a fathers day gift for my husband. I knew what I needed but wasn't sure about the other things that I needed to get with it. A nice man helped explain it all to me and I got what i needed. My cashier was Elizabeth and she was very nice and friendly!

There is a plentiful selection of different tools for about any task you'll need to complete for your house or property. There prices are very reasonable for what you get. There are things of good quality here and things of slightly lesser quality but all still good enough to get the job done. The employees helpfulness depends really on who is working that day or if they are just new too their job, but mostly I have had great help from them all.
