I am in there quite often. The manager is always onto somebody talking to them like they are a dog. I have seen her talk to customers crazy. I go in and mention I’m getting Cashback and she does something on the computer that didn’t allow me to get cash back, but yet it asks every time. My cousin got a real parable card there and had reloaded it twice. Since she didn’t want to deal with it this last time he had to walk to the dollar general across town.

Most of the time they're great in there. But last night the two that were working disappointed me greatly. I had digital coupons & the cashier didn't know how to bring up the screen or enter my phone number to retrieve them. The other cashier tried to help him but was also unsure how to do it. I ended up not purchasing one item & paying full price for the four boxes of Kleenex. I also did not receive my 11% off for being a Veteran.Highly unimpressed. I suggest training your employees how to do their job.

Dollar general is one of my favorite stores. Not just because of the lower prices but because the service is always great. If your returning an item it's never a big deal to them. In most stores to me it seems like it's always a hassle but not for the employees at the dollar store. The variety of things at these stores are great. The clothes selection isn't really the greatest and the price of the package underwear I think is expensive.

The manager is very rude. Every single day I’m in there she never has a good attitude ever. If she don’t like her job get out of it period. Don’t make other peoples issue that your life sucks.

One of the safest stores in town! Here's why...Covid-19 and other forms of illness are spread faster or at a higher rate in areas of which the people are increased in proportion to the perimeter of the location... Or so they say?The location maybe be small... But generally? It's not crowded! So... The chances of exposure are limited (even with the restrictions on how many people are allowed in the store at one time). How many people you see go in and out? Then look at the number of individuals inside at the time of entry and how long they're in the establishment! Pretty cool, right?Customers left and right... But my bet is that they get what they want or (at least need) before they leave.The prices...? There are bargains to be found! Simple drinks or even that of frozen foods... Maybe even one of someone's favorite tooth cleaning agent? If you like BAKING SODA... Look out for other ideas of it's use.Laundry detergent, dusters or basic cleaning assistants? Hey... They have those too! Who doesn't like a fresh smell of clothes or even that of a fabric softener? It gets easier to wonder what else was missed at this location...The personnel are always ready for action when it comes to aiding a customer. Who doesn't need some help here and there to find a better product? Hey... Everyone needs help. Why not ask?

The staff is rude and disrespectful most of them. The manager seems to be working well on fixing that. Male staff rude Female Staff seem like the suspect everyone of wrong doing. I witness several customers be questioned about shoplifting and turned out not to be true. Dora she is great!

Always great service. One of the most organized Dollar Generals I've been in. And we have 2 in our town. And the one on Morley is the best one to shop atThe ones in Columbia are so unorganized I walked right back out!!!

Unhappy on this visit as computers down but they let us wait for 15 mins in line w/o letting us know there was a problem. We finally asked what the problem was & that's when they grudgingly admitted computers down. Not good customer service to let people wait that long.

Not a bad store. Now if you could get the cashier's to stop having outta work conversation between themselves and other customers and actually pay attention to check you out it would be nice.

Was able to find what I needed fairly fast, but the checkout line was long and I had to stand in line for 20 minutes before another register was opened, even though I was the last person in line.

I always shop at DG. Have not shopped at wal.....in over 10 years. I love the size of DG. The ability to truly just run in and grab a jug of milk quickly and not need to run all the way through a huge store. There is always a small line at checkout, quick service and someone to answer questions. Those are the primary reasons I stopped shopping elsewhere. The selection may be smaller, but I am very happy to support the local DG and forgo a larger variety. Plus, the DG app provides a huge variety of coupons and discounts!!

I've been going to the one on Morley Street for years but this last week I went twice and both time the cashiers are very rude I think they have new employees the cashiers need better training

I mostly buy their cards as I send many & they are cheaper but nice. Dollar Tree is cheaper thoAlso They are Hallmark cards too. Love them.

Between Moberly, Macon, & Columbia...this is the best DG around. It's always clean and organized, the associates are friendly & helpful. Very convenient it stays open until 10!

The worst of the Dollar Generals in Randolph County, it still has a lot to offer. That said, customers sometimes have to wait for a clerk to come to the county, and even then are not greeted with smiles.

Now this is mine Dollar General in Moberly Missouri I love it very much I'm in there two to three times a week the manager she is an awesome lady the workers are very helpful and courteous

I love Store Manager Peaches!!! Its our own lil Walmart that has most everything I need!
