Nothing to complain about with these folks. Nice and freindly staff and yard drivers. They will have you in and out of here in about an hr. The docks have lots of space between them, so even backing between two tractor trailors was not too difficult here.

My appointment was 01/24/2024 at 6 am and I showed up on 01/23/2024 at 4 pm they gave me dock door and empty 😏 office staff on point 👌

This is not the right company for ELD truck drivers. If you bring a load here U must be ready for a reset. They wasted all my time and I hard to cancel my two other loads for the next two days . No driver is allowed to enter the office. The drivers hard to queue outside in the horrible cold weather to hand over BOL/delivery note to the office people. There is an old disrespectful lady at the front whom I think over smoked weeds . I think they don’t deserve one star .

Not the fault of the distribution center. But the morons at the corporate office agreed to a delivery appointment the day after Christmas when the distribution center was closed. Apparently, the corporate office had no clue that they were closed for the dayshift.

Easy place to find and get to. They are all pretty friendly and there is facilities if you need them. The lot of big enough to maneuver in without too much trouble. There is a small truck-stop nearby to park at if needed. There is separate shipping and receiving doors depending what your doing. Changed are, if you don't drive for them you won't be shopping though. Over all it is a nice place and I don't mind coming here.

Show up on time or they use that as an excuse to make you wait for no reason, they moved 3 trucks in the whole time I waited, from 10 am to 430 pm, (had a 9 am appointment)once they put me on a Dock I was done in 15 minutes, no reason they couldn't have unloaded me before 6 hours other than for punishment for something that was the shippers fault. Extra credit stars for clean open facilities... otherwise... BE ON TIME!!!

Very nice people here, though most places I go to in Missouri has some very nice people. I brought a load of birdseed here, and they put me in the door so fast, and unloaded me even faster! Easy back into the docks, but I just can't emphasize enough how nice and personable the staff is here! Its nice to see smiling faces on the road, as it comes so rarely. Thank you so much!

They do not play around. By the time you get ready to take off your boots to take a nap, they're knocking on the door with your bills. I was in and out in less time than it took another driver to back in.

First why is there reviews of a store in the distribution reviews? Lol nice place to deliver. A little tight getting backed in not much room in front with trailers parked all the way down the docks. Fast unloading. Definitely would deliver here again.

Get hired for a 4 day work week; always work 6 days. Accumulate PTO at an unbelievably slow rate, pay rate not equatable to similar jobs or the amount of money coming in…. Save yourself while you can

I had a 5 pm delivery appt.Arrived at 440 pm and was immediately given a dock.they started unloading at 5 and I was out the gate by 545. This is the way everyplacecshould be. Excellent job .

Showed up at 0800 was told delivery was scheduled for 2000. Broker, Dispatcher didn't know this.Had me empty by 1230.

This place is horrible for a Truck Driver. I give them a 1star, because they're short staffed. So even though there sticklers for appointments time. They take there time unloading you

These Lady's too here are nice friendly and explain to you what to do . Same with dock workers they are nice and friendly easy in easy out. It was my first time there and I was impressed with getting my delivery to them

Not bad when you pick up a load, given a dock right away, and on my way out in an hour, but you have to pick up before 1 pm.
