No overnight parking, from what the office told me. There’s a Sinclair/Champs Chicken a mile away, truck parking there.Good luck trying to call them, NOBODY PICKS UP THE PHONE! When I told them about this issue, all they could tell me is we also have the same issue reaching the number here.I arrived at 4:30am and my appointment was for the next day at 6:00am, they did give me a door instantly instead of telling me to come back the next day. Finished unloading me in three hours and ten mins. I left at 8:00amBesides taking me in a day early, I appreciate that. Having a big docking area to maneuver, those are the only two good things about this place.No bathrooom, No overnight parking, and HORRIBLE SMELL!

For them, even one star is too much. ZERO is their assessment. I made a check-in for delivery at 10am for the 12pm apptment (2 hours earlier). Got the door at 5 am the next day!!! It's now 8:30 am - no movement in the trailer!!! I have no idea when this mockery will end. There is no restrooms on site, there is no amenities for drivers!!! We are hostages here.

I just got here and checked in for an 08:00 delivery in the morning. Parking YES, restroom NO but “you can walk the 2+ blocks to Casey’s. They are open 24 hours “. Yeah. Not acceptable Simmons!!

About 3- 4 hours to get loaded it depends who is the broker. App time 1pm checked in 12:45 and out by 4:30 pm if you late is going to take some time till you get loaded. Trucks waiting. The smell is not pleasant all around specially check it door.

I wish I could read reviews before booking this load.. waiting 3+ hours. Will have to drive all night and probably be late for delivery.. they’re saying they’re behind schedule. You need to improve.

Took forever to get paperwork. I walked in to check and it was like social hour in the shipping office. Was told they would bring paperwork out to the truck. Still waiting 30 minutes later

Worst place I have ever been staff has no idea what they are doing had 1pm appt and after 7hrs still don't have a door. I will refuse all loads in and out of this place.

The stank on it haha is pretty bad the people are decent at check in. Appt for 10pm arrived at noon out at 3 guess they needed the chicken early. About an hour to unload once I hit the door. Muddy outside so bring some boots if it's raining.

Easy process. Check in on your phone. Hurry up and wait. Most likely going to take a few hours, so I suggest going off duty and crawling so your ELD dosnt switch over. Just park outside the gate and reset. 10 or a split. You'll definitely have the time to do so.

Only complaint is keeping a driver 8.5 hours and then not allowing them to park for 1.5 hrs to finish a ten hour break. Allow parking outside the gate but too many drop trailers so their is no room. People are extremely polite and friendly but was told I would get the door when the current driver pulls out. Driver pulled out and then I'm told we have to do a quick cross dock which took almost 5 hours, I guess that's quick in their eyes. Once in a door I was loaded fairly quick but total wait 8.5 hours. Have 2 starts because they are polite and friendly while they make you wait and then kick you off property.

Very slow don't respect appointment time and don't offer restrooms for truckers which is now by law a must have!!!!!!

Do not show up early!! Most likely you will sit up until 30 minutes or so before appointment! But once your in a door 30-45 minutes and your gone with pw in hand. Super easy backing, slide tandems and pop your air. Outside of that staff friendly but only have portable potties. O/N parking isn't a option...unless your lucky enough to get a spot in front of the gate when their closed. But as of 2 days ago...all filled with dropped trailers

I don't care whether it smells or takes a long time to get loaded or unloaded. If you have a drop and hook delivery here, they will run the reefer completely out of fuel. You will have to reprime the reefer fuel system to get it running again.

Not the best place to get loaded. Long wait times. Checked in 11am for a 9pm appointment. Got door at 11pm and loaded at 3am. The major problem I had was the horrible smell and flies. Anytime i would open my door to get out flies would swarm inside my truck and it was annoying. Limited overnight parking.

Not too bad in getting loaded once in dock, however 2.5 hour wait after appointment before getting into dock. Port-a-johns were well maintained and clean. Downside, the place reads, there is a large compactor next to shipping office that reads of rotten meat.

Second time came at 1 pm for 12 pm appointment, were late for an hour because previous delivery. They said it’s will be a work in and will take few hours… were checking every 2-3 hr - same thing - keep telling few hours. So few hours for them it’s actually 12 hours (!) . No restroom only porta potty’s, also smell is terrible, rotten flash and gore everywhere. So check in - 1 pm, called to the door - 12.15 am, out of the door -2.30 am. 14 hours spent at this place. Missed my next day appointment. So if you’re late - just don’t come here. Trust me, you’ll be better off.

Carriers if you delivering to this place it gonna be over 6 or 7 hours.You got appt, not taking before, but taking 7 hours to unload track after appt.If you dont want to waste your day avoid this place for delivery.

Receiving is VERY persnickety about showing up on time. If you're more than 10 minutes late they'll make you wait, even if there are doors open/available. Porta Potty for drivers right outside receiving. Limited overnight truck parking on dirt right outside the gate off of MO Hwy C.2.5hrs to be assigned a door. Been docked for 3hrs. I'm locked on but no movement in the trailer the whole time. Edit: Finally getting some action 5.5hrs after my arrival.The docks themselves are tight, with no room for error. You'll likely be asked to reposition.

A bit tricky getting here...my garmin sent me to trout rd which is NOT where you need to be and has a sign stating "no trucks" so I type in the address on my phone GPS and found the place very easily...I was about 5 Mike's or so away with just using truck GPS...the entrance is off highway C...in and out in no more than 1.5 hours total no complaints and nice staff

Simmons: I experience a professional visit. Appointment @12. Arrived at 10:45. Door assigned @ 12:15, loaded with bills @ 1300. !! On my way!! Dont know about others. But trucks in front of me where loaded as quickly as I .. kudos Staff!!

This company needs to fire the shipping & receiving people absolutely they getting free money they told me to go door 3 and wait someone to come outside to cut the seal but nobody came out I go office again asked what’s going on they were 5 people mostly women 1 or 2 guys don’t remember but like 4 or 4 women imagin they were chilling while the drivers waiting out side -5 weather I absolutely recommend if the owner or supervisor or anyone can take any action this company will get more benefit but if this countinues for sure this company will lose more and more money
