04/02/24Check in 10:52am for my 10:30am appointment. Even there website says you are late only if you are 30 min past appointment time, they used my 20 min being late that I need to reschedule, for 13 hours later appointment, which more likely are not going to load on time. They were just using me being late as of excuse not to load me since it takes them anyway four, five hours to load trucks after appointment time. And they’re always behind regardless of you showing up an appointment or not. This is not my first time here. Regardless of smell and not having human bathroom out on their lot. I refuse to wait and left the property. Good luck everyone. Be aware of this place.If we all stick together and not let them do thing like this to us, we would be appreciated more and let places like this go bankruptcy.

This place is extremely slow. I’ve been sitting here almost 4 hours. My appointment time is at 3:00 PM. They haven’t even started on me yet. They keep taking breaks. There is no reason to take this long to unload and load trucks.

I arrived & parked outside of the gate & did the online check in with the QR code.. You'll have to walk up to the office to scan that. Take your bills with you and go inside. Friendly staff. There's a trailer washout south of the location. They have that information inside the receiving office. Overall, great experience, a little time consuming but I didn't mind

The appointment was at 2 pm. I arrived at 11 am. In hopes of luck getting unloaded early, it's now 7 pm, and nothing there's like 4 trucks ahead of me, and they are taking about hours per truck to unload

Stay away from this place. They will use your trailer for storage if it's a drop. Their excuse everytime is no appointment. They are lazy and don't want to unload trailers. It takes them over 5 hours to unload one trailer. Plan on taking over a 10 hour break if you come here.

Don’t deliver here. They have had me waiting for 7 hours and I still don’t have a door. No restrooms and no respect for drivers time. If I could give them 0 stars I would!!!

My appointment was at 4pm got here at 3pm , finished at 335am so over 12 hours I was here . Make sure u have food in your truck and they lots of flies in this area.

Second time here, first time came like an hour before, took about 5 hr to get loaded. That wasn’t actually as bad as second time.Second time came at 1 pm for 12 pm appointment, were late for an hour because previous delivery. They said it’s will be a work in and will take few hours… were checking every 2-3 hr - same thing - keep telling few hours. So few hours for them it’s actually 12 hours (!) . No restroom only porta potty’s, also smell is terrible, rotten flash and gore everywhere. So check in - 1 pm, called to the door - 12.15 am, out of the door -2.30 am. 14 hours spent at this place. Missed my next day appointment. So if you’re late - just don’t come here. Trust me, you’ll be better off.

did a full 10 hr break waiting in the door to get loaded. very unsanitary place. giant pile of roting meat outside of the shipping office door. load wasn't packed poorly had to clean frozen chunks of ground meat out of my trailer after delivery. 3 Porta John's for drivers 2 of them or laying on thier backs. The only thing this place has going for it are the nice employees at the shipping office

Appt was at 9 checked in at 815 then they told me that my load had no time so I had to call broker to get them to call or a time waited 4 hours to get door the another 2.5 to get unloaded and the smell here is almost unbearable. Animal parts on ground and puddles of blood all over the ground very unsanitary and flies everywhere

Don’t waste your time coming to this place. It’s a joke. They can’t do their job at all. If you’re a Truck driver, try to stay away from this place. Appointment scheduled at 2pm, checked in at 1:03pm now it’s 7pm and I’m still here. I wish I was able to rate this place with zero star

Trucks enter around back. Its a gravel lot and watch for the giant crater as soon as you come in. You will know lol. When you pull in you pull to the left and walk to s&r.Check in is straightforward and they will have someone come out to give you your bill. BTW they don't have a scale. The nearest scale is 40 miles away. Overall was put to the door and loaded in 2 hours.

Appt for 12pm. Got here at 11:00am. Now it's 6:30pm and still no door. Plus it stinks to high hell. Nearly threw up the three times I stepped out my truck.

Be prepared to wait… in the 8 hrs I’ve been here they have loaded a total of two trucks with 5 of us still waiting in the lot.. other than that, pretty easy place to get into, if ur coming from 36 u can hop on 5 n take that up, if ur coming from 65 u can take 6 over to 5 n 5 on up n it’ll lead u right to there place, turn on c tho, the road before 3rd st and take a left into there shipping n receiving lot

This place is a disaster. First of all good luck with finding the entrance, then good luck with the nasty smell everywhere around here. They say they respect appointments and won’t unload you soon if you’re late, like if you’re on time they are super fast.

Don't come here unless you are planning to sit for the day. Been here 7 hours before called for a door. Now sitting in door for an hour haven't even started to load me yet. What is up with the blood and meat laying everywhere.

Checked in at 1:15 pm for a 4pm appointment currently 9pm and still waiting to get loaded and all they can do is lie and make excuses about previous shift.....drivers find a different load this place is in the middle of nowhere and not worth the money to drive out here

Make sure you have a appointment set ,broker said load was ready , live load shipper will do work in, when we got to the shipper, they told us the load was supposed to picked up a day before, and they were backed up and way behind , waited 8 and half hours just to get loaded.
