The staff are always friendly and helpful. The store usually has what I'm looking for, though sometimes prices are much higher than you'd pay at places like Home Depot. But I'm usually okay with this because of the convenience and service - the alternative is driving an hour to pay less or order online and wait days for delivery.

I love going in this store!!! I love how clean and organized it always is, and the unique brands of things you can find there. You can almost always find what you need to complete whatever project or tiny repair that needs to be done. Also, I have nearly always been able to find educational pamphlets, or an employee to show me how to do anything I have wanted to do.

Arrived and was quickly able to find what I was looking for as the isles were clearly marked. I was greeted walking in, and even though I was only there for 6 minutes I had an employee walk past the isle I was in, come back, and ask if I needed help finding anything which was cool.The checkout lines were empty because I arrived before most jobs send home day shift and was able to check out and get on my way very quickly.The prices are a little bit higher than walmart, but if you need something quick and don't want to drive to the other end of town the price difference isn't ridiculous.

That store is very good. It's like what a hardware store should be like. They need to make sure to pay there employees very good. They are the one's that makes me want to come back. But I live 50 miles away.

You can find what you need a lot faster at Ace Hardware ; more so then larger mega hardware stores. Prices can be higher then some stores but their sale prices are usually very low. They are the only store I've ever got rewards back on their card , about $5.00 every few months
