Bought groceries for $208. My card was declined (I had plenty of funds). They had me scan card again and was approved. I get home and see that I was charged TWICE!! Have talked to the manager and tried speaking to corporate.. have yet to have my funds returned. Basically stealing. Just unreal

Don't use pickup. First time using pickup here. On my order, they marked cat food unavailable, even though it was in store. Now, waiting for the refund on it to process, which can take 10 days, I now do not have access to the money to buy the case of food for my cats. I drove 25 miles from Centralia. Very frustrated and upset.

I like the convenience of shopping on line and having my items shipped, however, lately I've noticed a lot less items that I used to purchase are available for shipping. They do not offer delivery for my area, and to go to the store is more than a 2 hour round trip, which I choose not to make.

Way over priced for the quality. The only available electric outlet was on the desk lamp base. Lamp is plugged into an outlet that shuts off when the wall switch is turned off. Because of that my phone and hearing aids did not charge. Lavatory did not drain fast enough. Vanity was really tiny. Deadbolt on room door was inoperative. Unmanned exterior doors did not lock.

I was looking for a battery daddy. I asked four people before I found it. The 1st three sent me to a different department in the store. The 4th person helped me look for it. The workers act like they can't leave their department.

Went to self checkout, it was closed. Was in checkout line 5 minutes and they closed line . Was in the next checkout line 15 minutes . Person did not know what they where doing. Had to ask for a bag with item. Also had to ask for receipt.

The employees are extremely rude and disrespectful and upper management upholds the erratic behaviors. I worked for a company that is merchandising Walmart and I worked 5 minutes before I was completely disrespected by one of Walmart employees for no reason at all. The employee was belligerent and out of order. Management allowed it to happen and told her to just walk away. I quit my job on spot. No one should have to work in an hostile environment or provoked in any manner. Walmart needs all new employees and management.

The staff are always helpful. I've known a lot of the workers for years. I like the pharmacy staff and Melvin back at Automotive as he's always helpful and works to get things resolved.

At the self check out because they have no open actual lanes with employees, I proceed to work a job I'm not getting paid for as I check out about 10 road trip items. The attendant walks over from her guard post and sits on the space next to me as she watches me scan the items. I say may I help you as she stares at the things I'm checking out making sure I'm actually doing each one. No response just stares at me. I will never come back to store.

This Walmart manager r dum they don’t know how to make Coustomer service i need 20 case water and waiting for to some one help me to get and loaded to my car and I’m waiting in store 30 minutes and no one come and ones I go checkout and use my tax exempt card on my phone they not allowed in pic card and I’m ask why cuse im using every time I’m shopping for my store and they rude and explain me about the state law that you have to have a specific card so when is low change cuse im using this card on my phone last week bad service…..

I am fortunate enough to get to shop here everyday. Sometimes even multiple times a day. This store has improved tremendously over the past couple of years, namely the last year respectively. Where there shelves were unorganized and barren and nothing was restocked or even attempted to be remerchandised or put in its designated department, now it is much cleaner and much easier to shop, they have more items, and they have merchandised pretty well considering they’re understaffed and I know there was an issue with management the years prior. So good job y’all. Thank you 😊
