VERY RUDE and un professional!! Had my appointment for over a month to get my dog bathed, walked in the door 13 minutes late. Lady at the counter said that she could not accept my dog and would have to reschedule. I asked if I could drop him off and she said no. VERY RUDE!!! She said that it would run them behind the rest of the day. Heaven for bid they stay open and additional 13 minutes to earn my business!!! Will NOT be bringing my dog back. Someone should open another dog grooming business and could easily put them out of business with a little common courtesy!!

We have taken our dog here several times. She does a great job and gentle with him. Have only had toenails clipped but has done a great job.
