I went into the store for 1 bag of feed. The young lady greeted me with a big welcome and a wonderful smile as I entered the newly remodeled (still in process) store. The only interaction I encountered on the trip was the one young lady, and she was just as awesome at checkout.

This location is currently being transitioned into a Tractor Supply.The store is still open during the transition.The sales team is phenomenal. Everyone I have interacted with has been extremely helpful and very knowledgeable.The manager Cherie is a wonderful lady. Her and her team went above and beyond to make sure we had what we needed.

They were trying to stay open during the change over but the store was pretty much empty and not a single employee would say anything to anyone as they walked around the store.

Since Tractor Supply has taken over, it no longer has the food and snack section. I used to go for Founding Father's Coffee and sodas. They no longer sell them at this store.

Now that they're tractor supply they will not take anything back that you bought when it was orscheln's if you don't have a receipt. I guarantee I won't stop there again and everybody I know I'll tell them not to shop there also...

Had some of what I needed but only a couple of the other things I needed. Why they don't keep a dozen of each hardware piece on hand I don't know. Best part I stood and waited for my stuff to get bagged but she didn't do it so I did it myself while she stood there. Also no customer service on the sale floor.

They are switching over to tractor supply so it's a hot mess, it would alot better if there was signs on all stuff if on sale, none of the out side plants or supplies are marked or say marked down

Well it's porcelain's so everything is a tad bit pricey. But the employees are nice and typically happy to help you find what you're looking for. Which I don't mind paying for that I guess. Walmart take notes

Good bunch of helpful clerks--they read the look on the customer's face as "I am just looking, and will ask when I need help," or "Help, I need so and so right now when I walk into the store. Even though they are busy stocking, sorting, etc. when I do have to ask, they help find the needed item. Hats off to Sherie and her crew. We appreciate them!

Great customer service and it seems this store always has what I’m looking for, it would be nice if the store closer to me in Montgomery had some items that I have to go to this location for like the king kutter mower belt that’s one of the items I came here for and they sell the king kutter mowers so why not the parts for them to , they will order it for you but when people can order it on amazon and get it cheaper and faster then they will do that instead just saying that’s the only downfall with orshlean other than that I love the stores but they are pricey on things.

I came to this store looking to buy a insulated cover alls to wear for cold weather. They had a large selection of different brands and i bought a pair.It's a good place to shop i encourage you to go there.

If there is a damaged item on the floor to sell it should have a marked down price. The manager offered 10% off after being asked. Went in 2 days later and it was marked down 25%. Not impressed considering it was over $500.

I bought a pair of Lee Jeans and a week later they ripped down the side of the back pocket. I brought the jeans and my receipt back and wanted to exchange for another pair. The cashier was going to exchange them when I assume he was a manager steps in and asked me had the jeans been washed. I explained that yes I had washed them once and he proceeds to go into this long drawn out excuse of if they have been washed we can’t exchange them. Even though I had the receipt and everything. I told him that was a crock, I spent 40.00 on a pair of jeans wore them once and you can’t exchange them. I will NEVER spend a dime in this store again. Lesson learned lie and say you haven’t washed them or you’re out 40.00 because of someone’s ridiculous policy. That will be the last penny you get from me.
