We recently started taking our dogs to Mexico Animal Hospital and have had a wonderful experience. As soon as we walked in, we felt so welcomed like we've been going there for years. We have had routine appointments and also two emergency appointments. They got us on the schedule right away and provided excellent care. I really appreciate that I am given a variety of options at different price points on how to proceed so that the total bill is not unexpected. Not only are the doctors wonderful, but so are the techs and receptionists. I highly recommend Mexico Animal Hospital to anyone and everyone.

I can't say enough good things about the treatment my dogs have received from the staff and Dr. Hobbs, so grateful! I've found everyone friendly and easy to work with and my dogs have too.A couple examples/observations of the care we've received:-One of my dogs was very sick, so I called the after hour/emergency number. Dr. Hobbs and her team were quickly able to see him and begin testing, etc. and decide a course of treatment. I was quite worried but Dr. Hobbs was able to explain his situation and set expectations for how he should progress through his care - helping ease my mind. And to top it all off, a couple days later they called me to check in on him--such a nice gesture.-My other dog is a rescue and can be extremely apprehensive/shy when it comes to her care. We've visited Dr. Hobbs a few times and each time she has been so patient with my dog, sitting with her and petting her to coax her out of her shell. Her willingness to build my dog's trust is not only compassionate but invaluable in my dog's continued development.

I love the attention my dogs have received and the level of care has been exceptional. I have one dog, a female rescue, who hates new people and has issues going to our regular vet so I started bringing her to the animal hospital to get all of her regular shots and check ups. They do amazing with her. They even gave me a number to a dog behavioral trainer!

Don't ever take your dog here for a c section. They will be little you and try and force your to spay and then say they had to use life threatening measures to save mom and every pup. Not to mention who bangs newborn pup's heads on the table to get them to start breathing? What a joke. They Charged double the price it should have Been since they had to do life saving measures so they say! 🤬 Then didn't even give my dog pain medication. Don't go here! You've been WARNED!!!

Whatever you do, do not go here if you care at all about your pet! They gave our dog too much meds during his neutering and killed him!!!! They even admitted that this happens about once a month on a regular basis at their hospital!! And then they had the gall to say it was probably some underlying issue that would be impossible to see trying to cover up what they had done. Even after all of this they still wanted money from us! They were very unprofessional and should have their license taken away!

Adapted very well to Covid. Curb-side service with a smile. Got my dogs shots and exam in10 min w/o even leaving my car. And they were able to fit me in even though I missed my appointment.

I would never take another animal there again. They gave my poor daring cat a bad treatment. The very day she died. After we ask if she was in pain is to put her asleep instead they let my grandchildren watch her died at home. That hurt me the most. Of them letting my best friend died in pain and suffering.

I am very unhappy and angry with my experience here. The assistant was fine and helpful, but I was very disappointed with the vet. I brought my kitten in because he started having diarrhea and lost some weight the day before, and continued that morning. The vet wasn't in the room very long, and talked down to me when she was. All they told me was to treat my other cats for fleas and helped me try to feed him better. He started acting weak an hour later, so I called back. They were supposed to get ahold of the vet and call me back. They never did. My kitten passed away less than four hours after his vet visit. They didn't do anything, or even give me a warning something was dire. Then when I called to get help, they failed again.

Amazing experience. Our Vet Clinic was booked and unable to get our dog in (who was not doing well at all). I called around and even though Mexico Animal Hospital was booked, they said I could drop him off. He spent most of the day there getting cared for and tests done. They called to keep me updated, and even stayed late to make sure he had the medicine and care that he needed. Appreciate their care and helpfulness.

Staff is very patient and caring. They did a really good job with rambunctious puppy, even though he was pretty unruly. They are very knowledgeable and informative. They ask lots of questions and explain things well, whether it be good or bad. Highly recommend.

They saw my Goldie last minute over Labor Day weekend when they were understaffed. They understood she had anxiety and gave her a quick exam and only brought her back when they were ready for her. They didn't push a ~noncritical~ surgery on us and called to check up on her later the next week. We are grateful for their service, especially since we were visiting out of town.

awesome Doc and staff! they took all the time I needed to answer my questions, helped me plan for vet care budgeting, settled my nervous pup right away, have the best help yourself treat stash right in the exam room, prompt appointment and they care. the whole staff just really cares-easy to see they truly love what they do. AND they are community service oriented-helping our local furry friends who can't always get the care they need on their own. AND...they thanked me for my business. after a Friday late afternoon appointment no less.

My dog may have issues, but I sure don't lol! We have been going to you for years, from vaccinations, to deep teeth cleaning, where they put the "pup" out. BTW was amazing! Couldn't ask for better people to take care of "us"!

I've had some issues with other vets while treating my pit bulls ... this vet was recommended to me . They are very understanding and listened and answered all my questions and made me feel comfortable,Meg has had 2 successful surgeries removing a small mass in her neck and removing a skin growth off her elbow.They all very helpful , provided me with all information I needed to ensure healing goes well. And the pricing is very affordable and willing to work with you.and I appreciated the hone calls few days later to see how it's going. .. I found my vet ...thanks so much..
