No, the roads are not scary, there just not the interstate. Cell service was fine. After reading some of the other reviews decided to go the old fashioned route and just call the shipper myself. They have a direction line that was spot on. Staff is friendly enough with the exception of one yard jockey. I made the mistake of asking what way out he thought was best, evidently he hears this a little too often! Couldn't believe the number of trucks that didn't check a thing out in advance and we're making truckers look like a bunch of dumb arses. It's an extremely small town, way out in the country. As you can see by the photo, you will not make it around corners with your tandems stretched. The other photo is what the drive in nd out looks like in snowy weather on MO133.

My navigation system wouldn't bring up the direction had to use my phone navigation. Overnight parking is available. No one answers the phone but Overall it's okay 3 out of 5 average at best

Drivers(no phone service)No directions, no signs except for scales... Small town a lot of no truck signs everywhere đ.... Don't worry we will fix that...All trucks must scale in, so follow the only signs to the scale and once scaled in ask for directions to shipping, once checked in to shipping. Park on the wall until you are assigned a door by a employee of Diamond. When finished loading hit the scale again then head back to shipping for paperwork and shipping will place seal and give bols...Good luck stay safe roads to facility are narrow and need to be navigated properly...đ P.s I have feed this food to my dogs for years so my 5 stars are slightly bias!!!!

The people are nice check in process is kind of iffy if youâve never been here before but first things first follow signs to the scale, scaling before loaded when the gentleman comes out and gives you your scale ticket asking for directions where to park shipping receiving office should be be on the left-hand side once you go around the building

In and out. Arrived at 13:12, docked at 13:44 after checkin nd weigh, and completed load at 14:46 for my 14:00 scheduled appt. I would say it was a very smooth process for arrival, checkin, loaded, and checkout. You can follow google to weigh first, but shipping office is the larger warehouse just south of the address google takes you. Cant miss it. Its a one-way facility so make sure to drive in a counter-clock direction. At 1/4 tank I was 79,500lbs. My dispatch did not listen when I told them I would be maxed and needed to fuel before I arrived...thats my companies fault, not the customer. There is notifications everywhere. Arrive with no less than 1/2 tank.Click the thumbs up button below to "like" this post if you felt it was helpful! Follow me for weekly/monthly reviews of more places. What a bunch of babies. Thought you were all suppose to be Truck Drivers, not whiners. Yes, it's in the country. So what. No it's Not an Interstate. Learn to drive. You follow procedure and things flow. Yes like any other busy place, it can take a little while, but they do take care of you. There's a good restroom. Call & Follow their directions or come and go on Route B (& E when prudent) out to 54 and be happy. Coming in 133 from I-44 is a little longer but, still a passable road. No it's not a Truck Stop. Poor babies. There's a Dollar General & Snack & Deli shop up the street if you really need something. A little walk won't hurt. Come prepared like any other normal Shipper/Receiver and you'll be fine. Once you get back to the Interstate you'll find your regular truck stops. Not every manufacturer is in the city or on an Interstate. If you can't handle the roads safely in or out, go back to driving cars for Uber or whatever. You don't belong on the roads. Follow the signs in town that say No Trucks. They're there for a reason. The locals mostly all work there and allow trucks to maneuver @ intersections if you give them a chance. No locals don't get taken care of first. They receive as well as ship here and loads have their order. Like anywhere else you'll see a few get in after you and out before you. It's the flow of process. Sometimes things get screwed up & delays happen. It's not that way all the time. We pull out of there fairly often when we want a load going where we're headed. It usually flows reasonably anywhere from 1-2 hrs. I've seen 45min in & out. Look for the scale and scale out before going to the office. That'll save you time. Read the signs there and don't gripe because you didn't read. They want their products in & out as much as you do.

Not totally bad itâs really 50/50. All the pet food loads are heavy and scaled out. Came around 2pm hit the scale first then was directed to dock around back of building and started working on me 5 mins later. Come back to scale house for paperwork. The last 15 miles was sketchy I wouldnât come here on bad weather, narrow curvy road on hills. Only took one star off because it smells oh well. Loading and delivery is a gamble. Youâll either be quick or here all day guess I was lucky.

Only reason itâs not lower is because of the nice people. With that said I will never return here. Idk about yâall but I need Atleast $3 a mile for this load. Why?Well itâs HEAVY as hell. They make you scaleIts 60 miles away from the nearest interstateAll backroads. Steep, curvy, narrow backroads with a heavy load for Atleast 60 milesâŠNo thanks. Not worth the hassle nor the wear n tear on my truck. Sorry.

The pay was ok, the people were great in most instances, but they have zero organization in the warehouse. They keep track of how much they make and how much comes off the line but then just put it any open space in the warehouse and you have to go search for product every single time you have to load a truck. It was infuriating.

Fast live unload. You need to scale in and out. Watch for signs. They will have you paperwork. Last 15 miles coming to town (MO133) was pretty bad. Narrow winding hilly road. Not really suitable for large trucks. Verizon Internet connection disappeared upon descending into town.

Truckers If you read these reviews, & still come here, you will regret it. There are plenty of warnings. Yet I accepted a load out of here myself. And I regret it. Backwoods dĂŻcks here. They will leave less than a foot between loaded trailers. You will have to crawl under there and start cranking. They give zero Fâs & spotter will not pull it out for you.

Well I got to this place to pick up load going to Illinois my appointment was at 18:00 I Checked in 17:15 but I am still here time is 21:19 . Top of that One of the shipping guys he came out and told me to get into dock door 4 after I backed into the dock anther guy came out and told me to get out of the dock and park on the side they donât even communicate each other it is a joke. And also the road to get to this place is very bad. You get a heavy load going to skinny Road uphill downhill itâs not worth it.

Load is Heavy as they will scale you before and after you get loaded to make sure you are at Max capacity. Route is bad you will be going up and down hills with heavy load so not worth damaging your truck if you are owner operator try to avoid if you could

Personnel is courteous, however they will load you super heavy and their scale is off by a some lbs. I had a full tank of diesel and could not distribute my weight properly. I was overweight on my drives until I burned like 100 gallons of diesel. Look out for that.

Not bad could use some sort of organization to the parking, while waiting on doors. Rookie drivers have no clue. Easy backing. Make sure to scale in!! Its around the corner. Then check in ... green lite scale out. Come back arfor seal & paperwork

Good place for delivery- follow signs to scale, checkin and out there. Follow their map around to little transfer dock, they load into another trailer. Just over an hour in total

This place is a little confusing for first time deliveries. First, the roads are very winding and sharp curves. You're not lost, keep going!! Next, go to Olive St. (Rd, Blvd, etc) and follow signs for scales. After scaling, you will be directed where to go. Very helpful staff. Overnight parking is available. Quick unload. Unload hours are 24 hrs

Scale empty, get loaded, scale loaded, get paperwork. Same process as a recycling facility, quarry, or any other shipper that loads by the pound. Very friendly people on night shift. The dock worker even gave me a run down on where to get breakfast in the morning and where to grab coffee. Overnight parking available as well. I have 5 bars with ATT and my Verizon hotspot is doing fine as well. The roads getting here arenât that bad unless youâre one of the drivers that panics every time youâre not on an interstate. Similar roads to rural PA, WV, etc. Sorry to break it to you, not every load in trucking is a giant warehouse off of an interstate with a Loveâs next door. Take your time, enjoy the scenery, and accept that itâll be a little bit of a slow 15 miles. Iâll take this over a Capstone logistics warehouse that kicks you out with no time on the clock every time.

Just to reiterate what others have said:MO B is probably the best way in for trucks. It's a roller coaster, but not the worst. When you arrive, go around the building to 5th St. There are signs for the scale house. Scale empty first and they will bring you a ticket.Drive across the road and to about the middle of the plant to the shipping office with your scale ticket. They'll tell you where to dock. When your light turns green, go back and scale again, then come back to shipping for your paperwork. It really wasn't bad! The people there are helpful and friendly.

Very friendly staff. I was a simple drop and hook and they even made that more simple than most places. The facility looks clean. Bathroom is open 24 hours and they have overnight parking. Was even told about a place around to corner called Natalieâs that has good coffee and beagles. Definitely a place I would not mind returning to.

Really great guys and clean facility. You have to go the 103 Olive Street address first to get the empty scale ticket and go across the street to the shipping office. Once you are loaded go back to the scale to get the loaded scale ticket, then go back to the shipping office to get your paperwork. They load almost full gross.Very professional, my load was already loaded in Broker dropped trailer and they forgot to inform the shipper that it will be a live load with different carrier. Staff was very helpful and cross docked the load. I was in and out of there with in an hour with all this issue.

133 from US 63 is closed. Detour added 40 minutes. I took MO B to US 54 when I left which worked well. My app. was at 10am. I scaled in a little after 6am (big sign on MO B points you to the scales, 1 for bulk and 1 for freight. All directions clearly written). Had a dock before 7am, scaled out and had my BOL by 8:30am. Everyone I dealt with were awesome and helpful. Not sure why there are so many negative comments, must have just been off days because they were an awesome shipper. As far as somewhere to walk a dog, may have to walk out of the loading area. It's a small town surrounded by fields so there is plenty of grass. Since when were shippers required to give us a place to walk our dogs? Inside the shipping office was a couple vending machines and a restroom we can use. I would definitely pull a load for them again.

12/10/22...arrived 14 hrs before my Sunday am appt....scaled on went to shipping office just to see....they weren't busy so straight to a door and loaded within an hour....went around and scaled out...79100..got my axle weights as I crossed the scale...getting the tandems right wasn't a problem....did end up having to wait till noon the next day for bills.. product was made Saturday morning and the lab test hadn't come back on it yet...I planned to sleep there overnight anyway so it wasn't a big deal...parked on the street going to their drop yard.. nice and quiet night...sleepy town..checked back with shipping about 1230 Sunday and bills were ready....everyone was polite and friendly.. road in and out were fine...just country roads...

Really friendly guys here. Super quick loading. Maybe an hour or less. Scales are on site. So no need to worry about weight all that much. One complaint is they took forever to give me the paperwork. Took them about 6 hours to have it ready. Only positive is I got to sleep while waiting. Tons of parking everywhere.
