They went above and beyond to help me get my salvaged surge milker running! Rebuilt my pulsator and tested everything and inspected my ancient vacuum pump and helped me figure out what I need to do to get it working properly! I can't remember the name of the younger guy who helped me unfortunately but he was amazing!

Ive been dealing with this company for over 7 years. Up until today I have been pleased. I placed an order and then the next day called and asked if it had shipped and could I add an item to the order. Young lady was very nice and said “sure” took my order and I asked when it might be received. She indicated that it would go out later that day and would get here by Friday (2 days) or latest Monday.I got an email to check on my order and it still hadn’t shipped. I called to ask if there was a problem and an older woman answered and when I asked what might be the problem, expecting a shortage in something and I was going to say leave off the item that might be slowing it down, when she. Got snippy and said, “We are working on it as fast as we can!!” I told her that I wasn’t angry or griping, just that I really needed the item and I was told otherwise 2 days ago.” And she retorted, I don’t think anyone would have said THAT!” As if I have any reason to lie about a previous call!“I said, geez, ok.” And without another word, she HUNG UP ON ME!Tom is always wonderful and so has been everyone else but this woman needs to stay FAR away from customers! I don’t know what her issue is but she needs to leave it at home!Will be a long time if ever I return to spend $1200 let alone the 6K I spent previously at this store.

I've been a customer of this company for 20+ years. They def fill the need for start up dairy or home supplies for family cow. They are not here to teach. If we are looking into starting our own dairy or even a 'simple' single cow, there is a lot more to it than many people realize. If you don't have the knowledge or someone as mentor, there will be much more to learn than they can answer over the phone. Hamby has always had the products we need and is very reliable to get parts.

Excellent company to work with if you want top quality dairy supplies. We usually have four to eight Jerseys at any given time and Hamby is always our go to source when we need milking supplies. I do not even bother checking other sites anymore. Reasonably priced, fast shipping, and a well stocked inventory.

Since my son and I started our goat dairy over two years ago Hamby has been our main supplier. Unless something was back ordered it always took only four or five days to get it. Very reliable company and high quality products.

Have ordered from Paul Hamby for many years. Prompt shipping, quality inflations, shells & hoses. Not cheap, imitation stuff.Great prices on stainless used items - big strainer & milk sink. Old stuff made in the USA that lasts forever & doesn't respond badly to dairy acid like some of the imported SS.Hamby hoses DO fit my Hoegger milking machine/bucket.

Terrible customer service. Placed an order and after waiting 48 hours for it to ship I asked a few questions regarding why it was taking so long. They refunded my order because I was just asking questions saying I was rude and we do not need rude customers the owner emailed me. I was not rude I just asked if the items I ordered were in stock or on back order. Do not order from them as I should have listened to the other bad reviews and stayed away!!!

Won't take a return on an item even tho it was never opened. Box it was shipped in hasn't even been opened. Will never use this company again. The milk machine we plan to purchase will come from a different company.

I was excited to have a company that I could order the supplies that my husband and I need for our milking machine and because I emailed and asked why my order status hadnt changed in 2 business and said that had gotten their money for the items i got a rude email back from Paul Hamby asking for the order number to be able to check into it and I got a 2nd email from him saying that my order was refunded and that now his staff can get caught up on orders and to have a good day.. I ordered the items because I need them not because i wanted to have the money refunded and not have the needed items.. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN... I hope others read reviews and choice wisely when placing orders....

Not very helpful if you're new to milking, you're better off googling questions and joining forums and Facebook groups. Paul has no patience and seems to resent answering newbie questions. Shipping is too high. I only order from them if no one else has what I need.
