Do not use your credit card at the diesel pumps; my card got hacked and 500$ were taken. The same happened to other people in my company. The place is also poorly maintained.Update:10/27/23. It seems like corporate put people on their toes; this time there were new pumps in place, and the place was clean. The restrooms still need work, but they were much cleaner than previous times. Front desk staff has always been professional ⭐️.

So Elizabeth. Manager on duty. Refused to help when scale ticket was lost after like an hour ago while taking a shower. So to reweight could be done. She didn’t offer to do anything other than just to pay again. No way to reprint it or look it up. Not even to cover or override the re weight amount. Luckily I was able to find it. 2333 was the ticket but why? No way.

Called this location in Mathews, MO to request a road service call and the shop supervisor at this time 4/21 @ 7:00pm clearly showed no signs of wanting to assist us. He kept refering us to their Road squad line and did not want to take the road call request himself. I have over 10 trucks in our fleet and there is not way that this “supervisor” will tell me that he couldnt take the road service call directly. Mind you, this is an EMERGENCY ROAD CALL. The “Road Squad” phone line was “busy” and i was on hold for 35 minutes. I even explained this to the “supervisor” but he sure did not want to take the time to take the road call directly at the shop. This is so disrespectful! Unconsiderate! Lack of any good sense to try to assist the customers.

Parked in front of a closed fuel line to run in to wash my hands. Crazy rude lady ran out and yelled at me saying I ripped the caution tape which I did not. I simply went around and backed in front of it. This place needs better management and to seriously re-evaluate the employees they hire! If you are unhappy with yourself, it’s no reason to take it out on people that are CONTRIBUTING to your business. Absolutely insane. If I could give negative stars I would. They also deleted my previous review, I guess they do not want people to know the truth about them.

Went in for some repairs on my truck. When I walked into the store area near the front of the store I was slapped in the face with the odor of a bathroom, it was overwhelming disgusting. I walked to the upstairs mens restroom, once again the odor in that rest room was disgusting. Clean your toilets and urinals, it smelled just as bad as a portajohn. And I would not eat or drink anything in store.

My truck broke down on the highway and I called the TA truck stop Matthews Missouri and asked them how much would they charge for up road service as I am 22 miles up and they said 300 but And when the TA truck stop mechanic came to me, he said I can't fix it, it's a big job, so I'll go now, give me the money. How not to take 550 dollars. If you don't pay, we will call the highway patrol police. They started blackmailing me, which is very bad. They are big thieves from TA truck stop don't want to call themAlso they no deserve for 1 star crook and bad people

Front lady was helpful but John at Popeyes was scratching his beard while making food. I immediately walked out. No safety, no gloves no hairnet. As a safe Serve holder I cringe!!!!!!

Stacy in the mechanic shop is a excellent and exceptional addition to the company. My trailer tire blown and her communication through the entire process has been above and beyond. I witnessed her dealing with a unruly driver and she remained composed and respectful to his issue until it was resolved. I have seen great customer service but her effort was immeasurable. Thank you Black Queen for all you do and all you will do.

If I could I would give this place 0 stars, both mens and women’s restroom were a complete filth, lack of customer service as well, when asked where restrooms were, attendant just smacked her lips and rudely directed us to it. I highly believe the attendant was being racist, and thought we didn’t understand what she was talking about with another employee of this place.

The customer service was great. I got in the bay immediately after describing to the desk personnel what my truck needed. They did not have a Senior tech or the part needed so I had to stay over night. The next morning it took less than 1 hour for them to thoroughly diagnose the issues of my truck and order parts. There were several parts for other drivers’ trucks as well. During the entire diagnosis the tech were, calm, courteous, and not only were attentive in listening to what I was saying, but also informative on the process that was to take place in insuring the correct parts were changed. I also got a shower and a meal because I had to stay over night. TA Matthews Missouri have the personnel that make getting repairs a lot less stressful than the others I have visited. I will continue to bring my truck here for its regular maintenance.

Got here at 925pm today all restaurants are closed and workers are inside just looking at me trying to get food doors locked and closed very unprofessional website says open to 10 pm all store and shop employees say they shouldn't have closed but not doing anything

Got there for oil change. Not the first time. The lady at the front desk is just an example of professionalism and good attitude to the client, but the technician Rick doesn't have the right to work there! Yelling, showing aggression to the clients, not only for me, but to other drivers before me. Therefore I put 1 star. Let's manager doing something to put that guy at a right place.

Took my 34 there on a Saturday....good place to break.Lots of parking spots missed on the back of lot because of reserve parking deception.There are tons of reserve spots in the front and the next 3 rows are free. However,driving by you'll see the first free row almost always full lacking it look hopeless to park...but the next 2 rows almost always have spots.Two clean restaurants and a good rec area other than just tv.$1 pool table and old school video games for .25Dog pen for unleashing(not very big)and more parking across the street in open lots.Flying j,truck wash and a loves on the other side of the bridge.Shop dotted work fairly quick...when they're there(it was the weekend)Air conditioning set at a comfortable temperature...lol

So everyone have been saying it, now I just experienced it. TA/Petro act like they are doing the repairs. Then you leave, and have the same issue, down the road. These repairs are not cheap. Taking money from drivers is very bad business. Then when you call corporate, they just give you the run around. Horrible experience, every time. This is it for me.

Miss Stacey White at the service desk will enlight your day with her enthusiasm, professionalism, and attention to detail. If you have a question or concern she will ensure you get the answer you are looking for. The automotive technicians are pretty busy but once the start working on your equipment they will do a fast, high quality job. Driver MUST stay available in the event the tech need to show you a new problem or situation with your equipment. Overall an excellent experience with this TA shop.Services: Tires, Brakes, Oil change

This TA is so bad I went to puy deisle and there is a white short little girl over there and she was so racist she have me waited at the desk for 30 min and when other men came in she served them before me. and when i told her why did u do that she said go back to your homeland I don't serve foreign people I ask for her manager she said I am the manager 😑 I hope the management do something about this girl because she has really bad attitude 👎
