BEWARE!! Truckers; DO NOT miss the Entrance sign! It's kind of easy to miss understand or not process in time. Once you miss the turn your screwed. I missed the turn and almost ruined my day. That (Y) road is nearly impassable for semi's, I tried to get the district managers email but they wouldn't give it. That's totally ok i understand. The employee was really friendly though. This Loves was really clean. Great Place 4 🌟 Good Job.

We pulled in last night for 32 hr/ reset. Stores messy, floors need sweeping & a mop, same with bathrooms, food areas. I can’t comment on the personnel bc no one spoke to us even at registers (there was one girl/woman that looked to be doing everything tho & she was very friendly)! There’s stuff all over the floors, just dirty. Bathrooms the same. I couldn’t wash my hands bc 2 employees were standing around in front of sinks & wouldn’t let me get by them, seriously. Showers were better, good water pressure & hot! The shower doesn’t have a partition it’s just one room which caused a lot of water throughout the bathroom along with the toilet & sink leaking. They have a “Chesters” & “subway” connected. Have all the normal loves snacks & goodies, souvenirs, on-the-go foods. Fountain drinks & coffee. Long lines at fuel pumps for semis. We’ve been in worse stops so if ya need to get off the clock it’ll do. ‘LOVES’: you need to hand out some mops & brooms & empty out garbage cans more often come on now smh. 📌update: the women in bathroom were from the fast food area. Found out when we tried to eat At Chesters, their hours say open till 10pm but she closed it down at 6:45pm bc they were ‘out of chicken’? Good Lord 🤦🏼‍♀️😆

Online said $2.78 but in person it is $2.89Lots of big super duty people taking up a bunch of spots during lunch rush and cutting close to our parked car in between the gas pumps and the actual driving area. Why not go around 30 ft?Workers and bathrooms were nice.

Quick place to stop off the highway and get gas and a snack/drink. The convenience store and bathrooms were reasonably clean. Parking lot big enough to maneuver the pumps. Prices as expected.

Crystal Cook (shift leader) will reset showers that need cleaning to "in use" on the computer behind the counter.. I had just walked out and there was three showers that needed cleaning so she just clicked on the computer to change the status

I arrived here 7:30am.Fuel price is good , but the truck fueling place is very dirty. Trash is everywhere. Also DEF pump did not work. This truck k stop is busy and to put DEF at another pump is not easy here.

This place is trash, the service and the food is overcooked. One they i came in with my wife and saw a mice crawling threw the hotdog cooker where they are cooking. That tells you there is a lot of trash inside thats store

Chester: Trash!! A true disappointment.Food (chicken) was old and picked over. Not replenished at all, the sides were picked over and empty.It was clear there were not going to restock at 1230 pm... The prime time to have things fresh and ready.WASTE OF TIME

Nasty! The coffee bar has roaches crawling everywhere!! I told the lady and she just looked at me and shrugged her shoulders. Oh well then don't get coffee is all I can tell ya! Fuel islands are filthy too!

Impressive crew. Had me in and out fast. Couldn't help noticing their team-like cooperation with each other (a rarity these days) so I decided to leave a review. Easily 5 Stars (for shop).

I'm an OTR truck driver so I shower at Love's travel stops all over the country. This is by far the worst. As you can see there is black mold on the ceiling and it is falling down in flakes. The grouting is molding and discolored. There was rust on a non-functional light fixture that they just painted over. The whole experience left me wanting another shower. The staff seem like they just are over it of you know what I mean. They don't greet you here as is the custom at Every other Love's. Very disappointed.

The place was full of people who didn't speak English... Had registers (all 3) backed up like a latrine after taco Tuesday , for cash advances on checks from another country and the girls were trying to tell them "we don't take This check".The guy working chester's jokingly said to me "do you speak english"?(chicken was still good) , This happens everytime I come here , about fed up with this place.Shower door #6 looks like it was kicked in by ATF looking for pistol braces... floors looked like Saddam's palace the day after the Marines showed up ,,,but....Workers were trying there best , (like Iraq's trying to squeeze down a 2 lane road while escaping Kuwait) , against loosing odds.Some guy talking on his phone so loud at the register , I could here him from the sheet'r.Reminds me of FOB in Iraq...These last 2 years have been the worst I've ever seen in the trucking industry.God save the Queen!.. Opps ... She dead.Carry on gentlemen

Starving trucker went in to the Chester's & Subway. They serving attitude and rat food. Two hefty employees that don't care about sanitation or common decency.The shower doors are broken. The roof leaks. The soda machine is broken. SHUT IT DOWN.

Been waiting an hour for a shower there was two ladies and very few customers. Only need one cashier and neither one of them wanted to clean the showers for us hard working truck drivers. They went and adjust the clothing and also filled the coffee machine or did some other unimportant work instead and told us to talk to there manger...

I come here all the time, and I purposely stay at this one instead of the other Loves around me because normally this loves is filled with happy, helpful employees. Well if you eat at Chester’s watch out for Omar!!!! He came at me like I was a man because I wasn’t moving fast enough for him! He went out of his way to keep coming at me. When the assistant manager got involved she pulled me aside to ask what happened. As I was telling her, HE STARTED WALKING TOWARDS ME!! HE WOULD NOT STOP!!! He made me very nervous!! The ONLY saving Grace was the assistant manager Sonia Thompson. She was amazing at helping to get me away from him and helping me. I hope this Loves knows how lucky they are to have Sonia!! I hope Omar doesn’t do this to all women!! REALLY SCARY!!

This the worst loves repair shop , they wouldn't ask me why I was there for 45 minutes, they were in and out totally ignoring me , and when they finally decided to talk to me I was it will be 6 hours wait just to change 1 trailer tire even though there was only one truck being worked on

This just might be the worst loves in the country. Dirty. Showers are down. Chester's closed early. Subway looked nasty. All the employees looked like they could care less about anything, just looking bored. Meanwhile the place is a mess and nothing stocked. It's funny how showers are down and they can't put windshield wash out at the fuel island because of a water leak. But bathrooms are working and laundry too. Truth is they are just lazy.

I have been to this place often and it's always the worst experience of the day. I would not have posted if not for my most recent interaction. Me going to the register, 3 employees behind the register, 2 at fuel desk with black shirts both assisting 1 customer, and 1 at regular checkout in a red shirt. So I proceed to regular Checkout where she is on her phone talking to her sister or about her sister, which to me is incredibly disrespectful but me being me I stop listening so as to not eavesdrop and move to fuel desk to wait to be assisted and she then says sir I told you I could take care of you where I responded I didnt want to eavesdrop on your phone call. All while I believe a manager is in store wearing a tan shirt. Corporate loves needs to come regulate this place, it makes them look so bad and with 100's of loves visited across the country this is for sure the place loves needs to take care of.
