Had to go to pick up an order. They were great getting it. We didn't get the whole order but calling and just had to show up and it was made right. Absolutely awesome! I love ace hardware anyway because you never know what little handy thing you're going to find when you explore.

Clean, well stocked and professional staff.. if you're a BBQ person they look to have the biggest selection of BBQ equipment, parts and supplies of anyone.. it's just a good store.

Clean and friendly service as always. I do have one question for Westlake Ace hardware. Why in the world do you not carry supplies for paint sprayers but you do carry parts for pressure washers? Just a thought you're a paint store probably should have supplies for paint guns. Still love you Ace!

I've been doing a remodel on my house so I've been coming here more. The staff is nice what there is of them. But it's not a super busy store so I get that. For the most part you can find what you need.

Always have someone asking if we need help. Never had a problem there. We went in one day with all 3 children and the employees made sure we had popcorn and some candy to make shopping a little easier!

Went in to get propane filled, went out waited 15 min went back in told them what I needed, they hadn't called anyone to assist me yet, went out and wasn't friendly at all. Very unpleasant experience.

This place is great the cashier had to call the manger twice because the system was acting up. Both worked so I and the other customers would not get overcharged. This a clean friendly place to do business.

Ron in rentals is very rude.i rented a car dollie and blew a tire .he was very unwilling to help or comfort a loyal customer.thier equipment is poorly maintained,junk .the asst.manager was also very rude and kicked me out of the store.
