i absolutely LOVE sonic and i probably spend half my paycheck there a week, but not tonight. i ordered a chicken sandwich meal, got home and started eating, and then realized halfway through that my sandwich is RAW. literally pink raw. i called the sonic location and they didn’t even apologize or sound sympathetic, just offered to replace it for me. i am so sick to my stomach, what a great night.

Sometimes the food is hot and delicious and other times not made right and cold. Sometimes get the wrong item I ordered. UPDATE!! Look closely at the picture. The advertisement for the $2.99 fried chocolate chip cookies & ice cream. One ice cream is full to the top. The other half full. Ad shows 4 cookies, we each got 3, and one looked like a bite was missing. Sonic is going down hill fast.

The person taking our order was very short and acted as if we were a Burden or inconvenience. But the young man that served our food to us was very polite very friendly very patiand if the end of the night helped us jump our car because our battery died There would be so much better reviews on fast food if workers were more like him..

Stressed out sonic today was very disapmorning I had like six fries and my daughter's kids Meal. Me and my fiancee's Burger was burnt and just taste dirty and had burnt onion rings and their solution to it was we could give you. A coupon to get 50% off your guys this drink next time. They didn't even offer to remake the meal which we would have been perfectly happy with. It is dressed disgusting

First time visiting this Sonic, they were patient when we were taking our order since they were having a hard time understanding what we wanted. When they brought the food to the car the girl was very nice and with a smile on her face. When I go back to Maryville I'm definitely stopping here again.

This sonic is pretty good, all the employees are super nice and helpful. The food is usually amazing, and wait times are pretty short. My only huge con is they almost always forget to include the sauces that I request. I can only remember one time I've gotten my marinara with my mozzarella sticks, or ranch for my jalapeno poppers.That being said, that is really the only issue I have with the place! They do their best with the limited staff and huge amounts of customers that they have.

Horrible customer service! Told the gal that I didn't receive product I paid for multiple times prior to this visit but I have never complained. This time I asked to not be charged. Just this once. I was told. "NOPE, YOU CAN'T PROVE IT SO WE ARE CHARGING YOU!" I immediately asked for a manager. I explained to him my situation. The manager did make it right however this the kind of employees they allow to work for their company. I will never go back! I only eat out once ever 2 months as it is because the employees are never trained properly and always get the orders wrong! I'm tired of paying for food to be made wrong when I can just let the grocery stores make more profit and make my food correctly the first time!

The service was fast. You do need to be aware that they do not have a public restroom right now and also if you want ketchup or any such thing, you need to ask for it because they will not automatically put it in your sack. The food was good, service was good and we probably go back here someday.

After 20 year coming to this sonic in Maryville Missouri, I have gotten the same drink until recently and they suddenly are unable to make my signature drink. It's not that hard, just add banana. Seriously? I will not be returning. Very disappointed and upset. How is it they pride themselves on signature drinks and they can make it? Yeah, nope lost my business.

Fast friendly staff that made sure your order was correct, cooked fresh and fast. A great place to take your family as it has a wide variety of options on the menu and a good atmosphere when eating on the patio when the weather permits. A great place to eat breakfast, Lunch and dinner.

This was the first time we had a bad experience in Maryville. We waited over 10 minutes for 2 foot long coney dogs and 2 drinks. Then they were not hot. I ordered a peanut butter shake with no whipped topping on top. When I got it, I could tell it had been scraped off. This is the second time this has happened to me with a shake.

My husband and I ordered 2 burgers and fries. We waited 15 minutes for our order with only one other car there. When we got our food the fries we old/cold. Why did we have to wait 15 minutes for old fries? The burger was decent which is why I gave this review 2 stars instead of one. Slow service and food wasn’t fresh. Not going to this sonic location again.

Sonic has friends employees in their establishment. No goofing off they were there to work and that's what they did. Service was quick. Food was hot. Fries were freshly made. No complaints about Sonics. Fast friendly service with a smile.

Editing my original comments, I do believe it's under new management because it's a bunch better than it was a few years back.Parking: It sits on the main drag through our town. It has comfort food, master shakes and new things all the time. Priced slightly lower than MacDonaldsKid-friendliness: It's a great place to stop for ice cream treatsWheelchair accessibility: There is an interactive menu board, disabled people can ask for assistance

They messed up my order. They forgot my onion rings and also asked for ketsup on the burger and no cheese. And they got that wrong too. Who knows if the coke is really diet. Madison was the name on the ticket.i will never order food from here again.

Buckle up, folks. There is something seriously wrong with this Sonic. I LOVE Sonic, so I go often, but this Sonic is the worst one I've ever gone to. Every time I'm there, it takes at LEAST 20 minutes to get my food even if I'm the only one there. I just got a large Coke (and that's it) and it took 15 MINUTES to get it, PLUS the people next to us got their food in like FOUR MINUTES even though they showed up way AFTER us. (We called to tell the manager what was going on, and the person on the phone did NOT care what we had to say.) The worst part is probably the staff. Kassie always has an attitude, and Sidney is always rude, too. It's always such a major inconvenience for them to serve us even though it's their job. There's also a little kid in there sometimes that WORKS. Pretty sure that's illegal, but whatever. There are so many other places in Maryville to go to to get quick food, so please go to another place.P.S. Their shakes are usually okay, but I got a strawberry one yesterday, and it smelled like rotten milk. I would have given this Sonic 0/5 stars if I could.

Its your typical sonic, I've been here many times and my order is always correct. I have only ran in to one underwhelming staff out of the many times I have been over the years. Can't beat half price shakes in the summer
