We decided to take a trip to pizza hut. We ordered wings, pizza, and cheese sticks. Food was good, no problem with that. Our waitress, "manager" Myleigh, was not very efficient. She had four tables. She chatted with her friends that were one of the tables, our whole experience. We had to wait about 10 minutes to get our drinks refilled after the fact that another table had to shake their glass to get her attention. After that table left, she went back to her friends and casually started making fun of that table very loudly (shaking glasses, etc.) We were done eating at 7:00 and had to wait until 7:20 until she came to check up on us and bring us a box. While another table (just one man) had to walk up to her while she was talking with her friends (again) to get him a box and his ticket. We got our ticket and asked her to split the pizza and cheese sticks between two of us and she didn’t do it correctly. I usually don't have a bad experience here, but tonight was not so great.

My family has eaten here for over 40 years. It used to be standing room only. Now when we go we are the only customers there. It isn't the same amazing Pizza Hut we grew to love and cherish.Customer service and the manager are rude. Last time we ordered it was for curb side. Waited and waited for them to bring out our order. Finally went inside, it was completely empty. Waited on a staff member to notice me. Then when I complained the manager said they are short staffed. Ok, there is nobody there. I am very confused as to how being short staffed affected my order when there are zero customers.Manager told me that I wasn't obligated to purchase from them. I am so glad she was so blatantly rude. After 40 years we will never order from this location again.

I must say that this Pizza Hut had me exceptionally surprised with how they exceeded my expectations! The aroma of the box was enough to make me delighted with my purchase but the sight that greeted me soon after I opened it was confirmation of my anticipated joy. Once I tasted the first slice I knew that this humble Pizza Hut had quickly become my personal favorite pizza take out location. The crust was baked to perfection, the cheese melted and the chicken weaved between the melted strands was beautiful. I know that this pizza was made with love, and I hope whichever blessed soul made it knows that it was consumed with love as well. My only complaint is that the delivery took proximally 8 minutes longer than forewarned about, though the quality of the product outweighed the negative burden of the delivery service. All around I will once again say I upmost highly recommend ordering from this Pizza Hut because, as we all know, no one out pizza’s the hut!

I frequently eat here when in Maryville because of them good value. But must say my visit today was disappointing. The food was great but they place was filthy. Tables not cleaned and floor didn't look like it at had been swept all week. And the smell in the bathroom was horrible. Not surprised we were the only customers. Hope they dog better.

4 of us decided to eat here today. We were told to sit anywhere. We sat and waited on the waitress for a good 15 minutes. She finally took our order at 1:45. We all ordered from the lunch menu, so each had the 5.00 and a 6.00 items. We had 3 orders with dinner salad. We asked her if we would be getting those before our meals. She Said yes. Time went by and finally went up to the counter to get our glasses refilled. She never came to check on us. We asked about the salads. She said she just put our order in. It is now after 2pm. Finally got our food, went to pay for it and they had charged us full price on all the meals. What should have been 21.00 for the 4 meals and 6.00 for drinks and 3 salads for 1.99 each now totaled over 55.00. Anything after 2pm was full price. It should've been no more than 33.00.We spent 1 1/2 hours there. Mostly waiting, and then taking 20+ minutes for them to figure out how to refund us.And the food was not that great.Won't be eating here again.

This is my normal pizza place. Overall, I'm pleased with the food; however, the last couple of times. Either a change was made in the pizza sauce or the sauce has not been as good as normal.

Ordered over phone, asked if any deals were available they said no. So our oder came to 75 dollars. When we show up we ask again about deals. The guy says yes we have 4 of them. But you placed your order to late now. So I said we'll keep it all then, ok I'll just re ring it then, it came to 35 dollar's.

Food was cold. Employees were eating and drinking while making our food. Totally forgot to put the ordrr into the kitchen for the man in front of me. And our food was lukewarm when they handed it to me. Not the first bad experience we have had there.

Prices are outrageous. Used to be my preferred pizza place but I cannot justify the outright robbery they have hiked their prices up to. It is actually cheaper to get a steak dinner at Applebees than a large pizza & wings here.

Usually one of my favorite restaurants here, but not on my favorite list today. Called at 10:30 am and placed order for delivery by 1:30. When my guest arrived for lunch but the order didn't, I called the local restaurant. The young man searched but found no order. The woman who took the order got on phone and apologized that order was lost. Offered a credit for future use, but I declined.Had to make quick change for lunch and go out and pick something else up and bring back. Didn't end up sitting down to lunch until after 2pm as result.After several bad experiences at local restaurants I think we will be staying at home. Prefer not to have a side of stress and frustration with meals.

For "second chance" service, I was not impressed. The on shift manager corrected the ticket the server grossly messed up. We ordered a ham and pineapple pizza it was entered as a ham and banana pepper pizza. Super supreme was entered as a cheese. Good thing they were proud to show me they applied my $30 credit so I could inform them of the mistakes.

Furious!! Ordered and was charged for a Pepperoni Lover's pizza. What I got was a regular pepperoni pizza. What a ripoff! I wish I could post a picture. Two of the slices only had a single piece of pepperoni on them.

The waitress was really sweet! The pop I got was watered down alot. The pizza was undercooked and super greasy!. The crust was so soggy I couldn't pick it up to eat it. The bathroom was dirty and grunge. We were literally the only people in the place during the 6 o clock dinner hour.

When going inside Place is semi clean. The buffet was ran horribly I seen super old pizza and it just opened! How can that be? I watched them put old food on top of new food! Never put cheese, pepperoni or sausage pizza on it! Pizza will sit there for a long period of time before they change it. They are not a high volume store and I watch them repeatedly put old cottage cheese on top new old dressings on top new! Chicken Alfredo and pasta all treated the same, the old isn’t even empty and they pull it high over recommended height for a hot table! Why do they do this to themselves? Just make it fresh! People will be happier!

My husband and I ordered 16 wings each. When we got home we realized that we were missing 8 garlic parmigiana. We called the restaurant and they were very rude. There was no offer of reimbursement for our 2nd trip to the restaurant. My husband went to pick up the missing wings and was stared at by the kitchen staff and manager. For several minutes he was not approached, but instead the staff walked around him to find other things to do. Might I add that the restaurant was empty besides my husband. A gentleman approached and handed him the wings and walked back to the kitchen. Won't be getting our business again.
