I have been with Kerry Meyers and staff for approximately 35-40 years with the exception of a year with another company after I moved to another city. I have had wonderful experiences with this agency. They have always taken care of us mostly with just one phone call. Their rates are comparable. In some instances a little higher than some, but the service is well worth the little extra. His staff has always been super nice and helpful. I trust them with all my insurance needs and recommend their agency. Customer satisfaction is all about personal service. If I could give more than 5 stars, I definitely would. Good job Kerry Meyers and Staff!!!!!!! You guys rock!!!!

I have had the Kerry Meyers State Farm Office supply my insurance needs for vehicle, home and farm for decades.As the saying goes, you don’t need insurance, until you need it. When you need it, it’s very important to have someone/an agent to guide you through the procedures and smooth out the bumps that invariably appear.In the past 2 years my family has been involved in 2 accidents where the liability was without question the responsibility of the other party. When dealing with the other party’s insurance liability team, I wasn’t making very much progress. In both cases, I notified Libby C in Kerry’s office and the very same day….the liable team seemed to develop a renewed interest and an agreeable settlement was reached the same day. It’s simply amazing what can be accomplished with the proper amount of motivation. Kerry and Libby are two I count on when I need an advocate.

Thank you Kerry Myers with state farm we just moved our insurance over this winter. It has been a wonderful experience. When the storm hit, I made one call to my agent. Took my car to Kaiser collision and towing. They checked my car then sent the estimate to my agent. The agent approved the estimate. The body shop set up an appointment to drop the car off. Got the car back today looks like new.

My recent claim was handled very quickly. I talked to the claims adjuster on Monday the 29 of May. I called the roofer on Tuesday. The roofer came on Saturday, the same week. I received my check on Tuesday the following week and paid him. By the time I filed my claim and everything was finished and paid for it was a total of 5 weeks. I was very pleased and Kerry Meyers State Farm was on top of it the entire way.
