I have eaten here twice and both times the service was terrible. They literally put 1/4 tsp of avocado spread on my beach club-both times. I get the beach club for the avocado spread. When I questioned this the manager acted as if she didn't even care. She was rude both times I've been here. Not to mention it's expensive. Won't be eating here again.

JJs is one of my favorite spots in town. Best sandwiches. BUT.. I’ve had more than I can count on my fingers times where they’ve forgot my order or messed it up. For instance today, I ordered through the app at 2:52pm.. I checked the tracker and it said it was already delivered.. so I thought maybe they’re still dropping off and they will be here soon. But 3:30pm nothing so I called and they said they delivered to a different address. I said okay no problem. When I finally got my sandwich an hour later I could tell by the feel of my sandwich it was off. I checked it and it was wrong. I order here a lot. And when I ask for extra toppings I mean extra lol I opened my sandwich and there was 4 tomatoes.. no extra vinegar or oil .. no extra onions or lettuce.. etc.. I called and told them I’m sorry to say this but my sandwich is wrong.. I was patient up until the boy said “I made it and I put extra.” I spent $16 and so change for my order with a 20% tip.. i love the sandwiches but NOT the service. Do better guys.

I walked in with my friends and they said no service! They just flat out turned us down. One of my friends happened to be African American so I don't know if that had anything to do with it

We order here multiple times a week and they do a good job. The delivery people are very nice. They even brought us cookies one time for being loyal customers. The food is always good. There are occasionally issues with being on time and getting fine details right (like forgetting a bag of chips) but if we call they always do whatever they can to fix the oversight. I think the shortage of workers has affected them but they work to make up for it.

I ordered the #10 hunter's club no tomato from the drive through, when I got home and opened my sandwich up I got ham instead of roast beef. I went into the shop with the sandwich and showed them it was ham and they told me they needed to slice more roast beef so I waited, I made sure to tell them no tomato. When I received the sandwich it had tomato on it, not a big deal because I can pick it off but to receive two sandwiches made incorrectly like this is unacceptable. I let the staff know that again they made the sandwich incorrectly and left it at that. I will not be returning to this location.

Highly recommend this place. The staff is awesome and happy to see us. They always get my order right and it is truly the fastest place to get a good sandwich. They also have the best chocolate chip cookies in town.

Yes, so this needs an update: If you’re handling food, you might want to clean your fingernails. Reaches for my money, I noticed the nails. I almost drove off! When you hand change, money back it’s best to place it neatly in the customers hands (ugh dirty nails again) and not waded up and dropping coins on the ground. Last but not least, place the food in a bag, don’t hand off loosely wrapped sandwiches...... I’m still trying to figure that out. Food was fair, very, very little meat though. I basically ate bread, the bread was ok I suppose.You got two stars instead of one because your staff was friendly.One year ago: The quality is good, service is nice and orders are accurate.

Not so freaky fast! We ordered 6 sandwiches and waited 15 minutes, with two people making them and absolutely no line! Otherwise the food was fresh, the service was impersonal and everyone was wearing gloves despite touching their face coverings frequently.

I order online here often. There’s been at least 5 times that I have gotten a call saying they couldn’t complete my order because they were out of bread. HOW DOES A SANDWICH RESTAURANT RUN OUT OF BREAD ON A REGULAR BASIS? Why would you even stay open if you don’t have bread, do you even sell anything other than sandwiches? Either way they have messed up my refund on multiple occasions too so this will be my last time wasting money here!

Good quality food, but they constantly screw up my order. Ordered three sandwiches, one was ordered no tomatoes and they put no tomatoes on all orders. Sides are often forgotten, and drinks are occasionally mixed up or not given at all. Best to go in person to make sure that the order isn’t screwed up before leaving.

The young guy with glasses named Sam was an excellent sandwich maker. I was so stunned by the intricacies of the way he made sandwiches that I actually stayed and watched for 18 minutes. Tasted great, it was the 14th best BLT I've ever had. He's so good that I believe this young man has found his calling.

Quality service even during a pandemic. Told me upfront about the ingredients they were out of which was a nice gesture (Lately places out of things during the pandemic often tell you what they dont have only after you order it.) Very nice people. Food was good.

The wrap was tiny ... I have small hands and half of it fit in my palm ... probably because the people inside barely put anything in it as you can see ... I paid $8.50 for a wrap that was basically just a burrito shell ... I know that's not how it should look as I've had one another time that actually had things in it and was much bigger! Consistency is not one of the workers strong suits!

I've been here many, many times and have nothing but great experiences with it. Quality food with a good price. Fast service (even has a drive-thru for even faster service). Food is never sloppy nor with low meat to bread/lettuce proportions given.

Had to wait in line so the delivery driver could pick up his deliveries. Im pretty sure he could park, go in and get them and the two people in line behind me may have been happier too. The lady at the window handed me my food, I said thank you, she said nothing and shut the window.

My son and I walked our dog there today and it wss super hot out. An employee came out and opened the umbrella for us, and when I was ordering I didn't really know what I wanted- the whole crew helped me out and our sandwiches were perfect!

I went through the drive through and ordered my sandwich. According to my receipt, Anthony was the order taker. I drove up to the window and I am watching him make my sandwich. He had gloves on and started making my sandwich. I then see him go over and touch the computer screen several times then he goes back over and continues to assemble my sandwich while wearing the same gloves. If he really felt the need to touch the computer screen he should have changed his gloves after touching it before going back over and continuing to make my sandwich. With the corona virus going around your workers need to remember to change gloves after touching anything before they go back and touch the sandwich contents.

I ordered a bootlegger on 9 grain wheat with mayo packets and mustard packets. What I got was a bootlegger on white bread and no mayo or mustard packet . The last several times I have ordered, i have not gotten my mayo or mustard packets.... kind of getting disappointed here.

We have been low-carbing for a while and decided to treat ourselves. It wasn’t worth it at all. There was hardly any meat and was mostly filled with lettuce. Would have complained but we got them to go and ate them later when we were gone.

This Jimmy Johns has a problem with their food prep process. It’s very slow. The food is as good as any Jimmy Johns, but be prepared for a 20 min or longer wait.

This was the first time I have ever been to a Jimmy Johns. Food was great service was terrible. My kid Spilled their drink and I would have mopped it up but instead they give me dinky napkins and expect me to clean it up. They where not busy they could have assisted. Thumbs down!!!
