This place is always disgusting when I visit, blizzards are never blended all the way through and the staff are always stressed out because management is leaving them understaffed. The drive-thru times are always long and never worth it. The staff are always kind even when they are stressed out from long wait times. Needs some serious restructuring, if I could give zero stars for the establishment, I would.

I keep coming back here because I love icecream but everytime I am left with regret. The blizzards are never mixed all the way. I got a large to share with a friend but I couldn’t even share the blizzard we wanted because 3/4ths of it was just vanilla icecream. Not to mention we went in, so they didn’t tip it upside down, but the blizzard was basically soup after a couple minutes after leaving.

"I recently visited Dairy Queen in Maryville and had an exceptional experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and provided excellent service. The red velvet flavor blizzard was delicious, definitely one of the best I've had. The store was clean and well-maintained, creating a welcoming atmosphere. It's great to see such high standards. I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a quick, tasty treat. Looking forward to my next visit

We keep giving this Dairy Queen another chance whenever we’re in town visiting our daughter at college, but I’ve never been to a Dairy Queen where it takes SO long to have your order taken and get your food! Most recently, we waited at least 15 minutes for 3 blizzards. The staff seems to focus almost exclusively on the drive thru at the expense of customers in the lobby. If we try this location again, maybe we’ll try the drive thru and see if the experience is better.

You consistently have to wait for at least 5 minutes to get your order taken at this location, then at least another 10 to 15 minutes to get food or ice cream. Sometimes if you go sit down at a table it seems like they forget you. The food is generally weak and the only decent thing is the ice cream. The restaurant is clean enough but the wait and the food just aren't worth it.

I have eaten here often and enjoyed it untill now it was the absolute worst food and servive i have ever recieved any where i requested no mustard on a burger and the sundae tasted like it has dirt in it and the rest of the food seemed like it was days old

Very poor customer service, when I was there heard frond end people cursing at one another and tell a customer to 'grab her own stuff off the counter". This was during a rush through drive through however very unprofessional. Never smiled and just asked "what do you want" not how many I help you. Cussing left and right. Touching food without gloves that's been cooked is absolutely not appropriate.

Unless you are going through the drive-thru don't waste your time. Ordered 2 small dip cones, waited 10 mins in lobby while drive-thru orders were going out one after another. Asked about cones, was told drive through goes first or it "affects drive-thru time". Said we ordered before the drive-thru, was toldby young cashier to get an application if we thought we could do it better. Got money back & left...won't be returning

Maryville, Mo. We ordered the chicken strip basket with onion rings and French fries and Texas toast. We got there 11:00. We had to wait for someone to come out to the register. She did a good job. There was no ice in the pop machine yet, so I went to the counter and told them. She got the ice in our glasses and had one of the guys fill it up. The Texas Toast was cold and tough. It wasn't traditional Texas toast...just a regular slice of bread. It had not been prepared at the same time as the rest of the meal. (I would suggest that it does.) Overall, our meal was very good, just a few kinks.

I won't be going back, ever. Staff didn't even talk. My blizzard wasn't mixed well and well over half of the bottom had no candy. My food was cold. The only reason it got two stars was due to speed.

The lobby is dirty, tables, benches and window seals have food on them. The windows have finger prints on them. We came a week ago, and the doors were locked with no explanation. We ordered 5 blizzards, one sundae, and fries. We got hollered at "just give me a minute " when we asked for the fries setting in the window. They forgot a blizzard, and there was a worker yelling. Where did everyone go? Not the friendliest

Always out of item I want. Staff not friendly. Messed up my past two orders. The blizzards we got both times were terrible. Couldn't hold them upside down cause it was to runny and not enough goodies in it. Tasted like plain vanilla ice cream. Very disappointed.

Every time I come through and order a chicken strip basket with gravy, I never get the gravy. It’s not like they don’t have it because I can see it on the menu and on DoorDash. If you don’t have gravy it would be nice to know so I can ask for a different sauce instead of then just throwing in random sauces.

The worst service in fast food I have ever had. Ordered a 4 piece chicken strip basket, was told to pull up to the front of the building. After 17 minutes of waiting, a girl came out and rolled her eyes when I said thank you. She stormed off. I looked in the bag to make sure we had everything then there was no texas toast. We pulled back into the drive thru and asked to have texas toast. To my surprise the texas toast they gave me was ice cold and had zero butter. I am very annoyed and will not be back for awhile.

So I asked my husband to go to Maryville Dairy Queen to just get us some lunch and he had no problem ordering it but as soon as he got to the window..things went badly. (This was on 12/16/21around 2 or so) The women at the drive thru window was disrespectful, and made him wait 20 minutes until he actually got everything even though the food was sitting at the window ready to be handed over, proceeding to laugh with other co- workers. The food was ok but cold when he finally got home and my blizzard was totally melted. She proceeded to also flip the blizzard upside down as DQ does and the contents already being a hit melted poured out but she still gave it to him Instead of fixing it. I usually do not feel the need to write comments but I was highly dissatisfied and disappointed. Not sure who she was or why she felt the need to display such poor customer service but I feel that in the future this fast food establishment should be mindful of who they hire.

Well they're severely understaffed, dire people without cause and can't stay open to the posted hours eigther online or even on there own doors. The food is still the same and the ice cream and ice cream treats are still good.

There was a cashier indoors who seemed pretty cool and was entertaining to talk to. Suddenly flipping my blizzard over at the drive-thru still puts me on edge though. Food isn't bad it's about what you would expect. The retaining wall in the Drive-Thru makes it feel really cramped. Most of the time I've been through the drive-thru it's been pretty full it has taken quite a while to get through it.

Asked at drive thru around 8:45 p.m. on 07/22/22 if I could order ice cream to which the girl replied with a giggle absolutely, sat in a line for almost an hour to get to the window to be informed that she could not serve ice cream at that time but I had asked before ordering then sat in line for almost an hour!! After I left I remembered that about a year ago someone had opened an actual ice cream shop in town. From now on that is where I'll be going will not ever return to DQ, FOR ANYTHING!! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! DQ needs to just close permanently

Fantastic experience! What set it over the top was the great service I received from Cherish. After I dropped my ice cream on my brother, Cherish was quick to run over, clean up the mess, and help get another one. I will for sure be back to see Cherish again ;)

Pop machine had several selections unavailable and had to ask associate to fill drinks. Took 20+minutes to get order, then it was wrong (ordered onion rings and got fries). Then waited to get gravy and dipping sauce. Ordered chocolate sundaes and they started to make them with vanilla ice cream. Store not busy, but associates obviously not attentive to customer request.
