Food was awesome but staff was terrible!!Well our experience wasn't the greatest. We walk in and there was 5 of us and the host went to seat us at a table and chairs and I asked if we could sit in the big booth. It was after 1 and they weren't busy. The employees working acted as if it was a big deal and we waited at the door forever for her to come back. I walk with a cane and getting to have a complete hip replacement at age 34. 3 adults and 2 kids but I needed something comfortable and a hard chair was not it. Our waitress brought us one drink at a time and we waited like 10 mins before they got our drinks. Waitress acted like they had a ranch shortage and she never checked on us once. My husband had to ask for a refill after he had already ate his food. The food was freaking awesome tho!! If I knew the kitchen could get tips I would of tipped them instead!!! We had zero complaints about our food!! Some of the employees suck and should not work in the food industry!!! I was a waitress for 15years so I know!! And bartended for 6 years....your tip depends on your service.

The food was very good!! But the employees seen I was standing at the bar and they didn't acknowledge I was there until they finished with there conversation. Also they were out of boneless wings.

Atmosphere was warm and inviting as should be in the Neighborhood grill. Although as with many restaurants and staff in the buisness today, I was a little slow getting service. However that being said the server assigned to me more than made up for the early stub of slow hosting. Jena was superb and on point as a server. Food was terrific and I am picky. But atmosphere was fun and setting was very inviting. Look forward to staying in Maryville on buisness trip next time!

Service was horrible. We got coffee to drink and had empty cups before the food came out and not one refill. Then The waitress gives us our food and never checks on us. Top it off we waited for our bill for at least 10 minutes after finishing our food while our waitress sat and was eating and on her phone with the rest of the wait staff. This was the worst service I have ever gotten here. Makes me not want to come here again

Was definitely not the best food experience I've ever had here. We ordered the combo appetizer and the spinach dip was cold, like really cold. We asked for that to be warmed up. Ordered a salad with blue cheese dressing they brought ranch out then it took forever for them to bring the blue cheese. 3 of us ordered steaks. 1 med rare. 1 med. 1 well. The only one cooked good was the well done. The other 2 were basically seared on the outside and raw on the inside. We asked the be cooked a little better. They were great after that. The service was wonderful. I actually felt sorry for a server as I know she's not cooking the food she's just the face we see. I mean overall we had a good family dinner after the hiccups. Maybe it was just an off night because it's usually pretty good at this location? This review is based solely on tonight's experience.

Emily!!! She was amazing great service got everything out quick they told us we were gonna have to wait and they ended up getting us in we got our stuff before other tables she was really kind and courteous bring out drinks before they were completely gone was always asking if we needed anything but not in an overwhelming aspect and we were from out of town and none of them at home are like that we found out she just graduated high school and at her age I was nothing like that I wish I was but she was AMAZING if I could give 10 stars she would really deserve it!!!!!!!!!!

Service is generally sub par at best for this location. Managers are generally distracted. This time we had people waiting and half the restuarant was empty. Then when food came out....well it's obvious you do not get what you pay for. Raise prices and cut portions. My suggestion is plating!

Waited a couple days to write review, I'll start off by saying food and service was great, Kai did a great job! Now, the reason for 2 stars... at the risk of sounding like an alcohol freak, but being a veteran who likes a couple drinks before my meal i will say this, when you have a bartender you NEED to ensure they know what they're doing, I order mu usual that I order at every restaurant, double Jack Daniel's neat, now I know every place is different but a double shot should be a double shot... recieved drink, was a single shot, figured it was just a mistake, drank it, in a little while ordered another, this time i went to bar to watch it being poured, found out why my first drink the way it was, she was using small part of jigger which 2 of those equal single shot, politely stopped her and explained proper usage, she apologized and said "new to this and still learning" , no problem, wasn't her fault, she poured correct amount I thanked her and went back to our table. Told the wife that when check comes see if we were charged for 2 doubles, we were, explained this to Kai our server, said manager would have to fix it, he didnt even bother to come over and say anything, they ended up taking $1.50 off bill.... double JD at Applebee's is $8.50... should've been charged for 1 shot and 1 double, wife said let it go, I did, just will NOT be ordering alcohol there anymore. Not going to name bartender because she was embarrassed enough by me correcting her.

Was there about a year and had really bad service. Last night was 100% better but looked like new staff.Wheelchair accessibility: No ramp over curb. Hard for us that are handicap. Was one down aways but to cold/snowing to take time to go to it.

We got there, and the server had a hard time figuring out how to combine two small tables for a party of 7. She then didn't give us our menus. We sat there almost 10 minutes for our waitress. After ordering, one of the meals didn't get delivered, and since it wasn't our waitress delivering the meals, no one asked if everything was OK. When we finally got to tell our waitress they tried to deliver the wrong food and so we had to wait more. They finally got their food, and we were all done eating. The manager said I wish I would have known sooner I could have fixed it, but there is nothing he could do because it was a part of the 2 for $30 deal. He didn't even take off her drink (Lemonade) as an apology.

Awful experience. I was the first to say my drink to the waiter. It got entirely messed up. The only thing hot was our dip. My kids corn dogs were burnt and cold when we got them. Nothing our table ordered was hot except that dip we got as an appetitizer. I ordered steak and I swear they only seared the outside. The entire steak was ICE COLD and was very rare. So disappointing.

I guess I should have kept my streak going and stayed away from this place. I haven’t been to a Applebee’s in over 10 years. I decided to try again and i guess I have the worst luck. I ordered the chicken wrap. There was 2 very small chunks of chicken in one half and 3 very small chunks in the other half. I counted how many pieces were in them because I took them apart after the four bites I did take were lettuce, cheese and onions, no chicken!
