The store is nice and efficient, but they are misrepresenting the price of chicken wings. They are labeled one price, stickered another. When you scan at self checkout the register changes the weight to match with lower price, but charges the higher price at .50 a pound this quickly adds up. I have asked about this and they correct it for me. But this has been reoccurring for months. Seems like a scam.

They frequently accuse me of shoplifting for no apparent reason. I usually send my receipt to the app but it doesn't show up lately which causes them to say I'm refusing to show it when they make a scene at the exit. Not cool.

This story is always clean and well stocked, and the staff is great! Always a good selection of goods and their lawn and garden seems to always be above Springfield stores!! I would highly recommend shopping this store if your in the area!!

I have never experienced so many rude employees shopping for order pick ups. I went in today and and not only were they around every corner, taking up a lot of room, but they were so rude. No consideration for other shoppers at all. At one point, myself and another man were waiting by the meat and this employee had the entire alley taken up with her cart. She saw both of us waiting to get by her and then seemed to slow down purposely. The ignorance was just absolutely beyond me.

I placed a pick up order today and was told one of my items was out of stock. I needed that item or something similar so I went in to look for a similar product. I found the exact product I ordered on the rack. There were even multiples. The point of doing a pick up order is to save time in my already hectic schedule. The only reason I even shop at Walmart is because it's basically the only option.

It's a Walmart 🤷🏽‍♀️BUTThe lady who is always so happy and says good morning to us every Sunday morning when we get donuts for church really brightens our day! The guy who makes sure our 5 dozen are ready Every.Single.Sunday. -Amazing- and the gals at the checkout are always super sweet every time I go in! Our curbside shoppers have been waaaay better about substitutions and the curbside delivery folks have always been personable!So, for a Walmart - the stuff is the same - but the PEOPLE make the difference!!

I was traveling home from Lake Stockton. Needed to find a bathroom and break from the drive. I found the bathroom up front ,clean, and easy to find. This store is larger than my hometown of Houston, Mo. I'll check out the fishing lures. See, they had something different. I was impressed with how much more to pick from. Great store, clean,well stocked,and easy to find. My new pit stop.

I came to fill a prescription. While waiting for my medication, I did some shopping. What I was specifically looking for was collards, mustard, and turnip greens. I was elated to see the items in the vegetable department. I went to three different Walmarts to look for the greens. Only this Walmart carried what I was looking for. I would love to be able to shop more in this store. But a 66-mile round trip is not a financially sensible acitivy.

I hate to see big business push the smaller businesses out, but if you need something in Marshfield, Walmart probably has it and is generally cheaper. Just a fact of a super corp vs a small town in the Midwest.

They treat their employees terrible. The manager, Lance, treated me very terrible. He acted like I was stealing something even though all I bought was a 12 pack of dr.pepper...I am VERY upset about this. Please do better, you put the walmart name to shame :(

Wonderful associates! Love the hometown feel of this walmart. Superb Online Grocery pick up Service, saves me lots of time. I appreciate all the team members working together to take care of the community during difficult years in retail through the pandemic and freight shortages.

Meh. Sometimes adequate like most Walmart. Mostly bad experiences recently. Walmart doesn't care about the customer, so it's as good as whatever people you happen to be helped by that day. It does seem like the employees are less and less willing to to help, because I'm getting more bad service recently.

Didn't talk to one employee, even checked myself out. I got a smile as I left from the employee in charge of all the self checkouts. That's something, but Walmart-you need to bring human contact back to your store.
