One of the worst internet service providers out there.In the last month alone we have had over 200 outages. We've scheduled technicians multiple times and they've failed to come, requested the equipment be replaced and been denied, overall a joke of an internet provider .

When service works it's a little faster than dial up. If you have a problem with service and try to call the tech line good luck. After the most recent string of intermittent service I called and 51minutes of hold music until someone finally came on the phone and was not helpful. Our local field techs are awesome just wish they worked for a company deserving of their loyalty and knowledge.

I would honestly give this company zero stars if possible. I have been on hold several times with this company. I usually just give up after being on hold for over an hour. The service is intermittent. The speeds are great when it actually is working. It goes down constantly. If you have other options I would go with them. The technicians on the other hand are very good at what they do. Sad they have to work for a company with such terrible reviews.

I'd give them half a star if possible. Service is intermittent frequently and cuts in and out more times than it actually works. During set up and instillation of service, I had to take a day off of work to get setup, then I called them an hour after the appointment time and was told the tech couldn't make it today because they where sick. Why does the customer have to call to check on the appointment. Had to reschedule the appointment and when they finally showed up, LATE I might add, the tech barely knew how to make a Cat5 cable and set up the modem box.I Have had to call in multiple times to try and fix the most recent issue. I was told that I would receive a call back. Three hours had passed and I called back in to check the status of my service and was told the techs had gone home for the evening and there was nothing they could do to help me and to call back tomorrow. I ended up calling back the next day and still more than 24 hours later I still had not resolved my issue.Being a student, I am at a stand still and not able to complete any work, connect with friends or family, or watch any Netflix, Hulu, or streaming services during a major snow storm. Completely dissatisfied and expect a discount or refund for services, which will more than likely result in a higher charge for service.Others who have posted a review are correct...it is monopolized as this is the only service provider in the area, so this remains the only option. Its extremely overpriced for the lack of service provided. CenturyLink is better and if its worse than CenturyLink....that will give you indication of just how horrible the service is.Zito Media is one of the worst companies I have ever done business with. I will be glad when I can finally stop!

How many hours must one wait on line to talk to a human? My last 3 calls this week, I excess of one hour and twenty minutes each, and one of the calls I was cut off before they answered. As for the service tech that was to be at my home today between 1 and 3, I am still waiting, it is 910pm. Now the service tech that is to bring me a new extender cannot be here until Monday, between 1 and 3. I did not get to pick the month or year for the appointment. I presume it is this Monday, 9/28/20. It is clearly apparent that the management of Zito does not care about the service they provide to its customers only that the bill is paid in full and on time. They, Zito, exemplify why ATT and the other providers are larger and command customer satisfaction through there superior service compared to Zito. Second rate provider that is going down the tube, quickly. Look for an alternate service, protect yourself. We have a new provider that is on its way for our area, Greenhills Communication, most worthy to look into.

Called a month ago to do a promise to pay since my debit card was stolen and I was waiting for a new one.I pay for their highest speed internet services since I game pretty frequentlySpoke to a "new hire" and they set up the promise to pay.They were also supposed to remove my old debit card and would add the new one upon my receiving it via mail.Called when i got it in the mail and it was supposed to be added to my account. (Never was)Then I get shut off and tell me i never called nor added it to the account.So i flip speak to a manager(who acts like she doesn't believe me but extends my serviceI call, pay the 229 and change and the mext day the internet is off, "there is an outage in your area"There is an outage almost once a month. It's ridiculousStay on the phone for 20 minutes just to get told "oh there's nothing we can do"Why not post it on your website if there is an outage?I

I cannot recommend you stay away from Zito enough. From terrible customer service to absolutely zero attempt to veil their shotty service. I've had to wait on an engineer for two days, called again late into the second day and it turned out the customer service agent could fix my problem right then, from the phone. So for some reason my internet was just down at their behest. The best you can expect is a business abusing a small town. If you see some review giving these guys anything more than 1 star, it's probably fake, as I can't see anyone willingly complimenting this company.

Very, very poor internet quality, slow, lagging and random outages. Extremely poor customer service ability, wait times are over 30 minutes every single time, no concrete response to outages, no updates from company. Its extremely frustrating for those who work from home, or should I say "try" to work from home. It's shocking that in this day and age this is the only service provider in this area. Would give it 0.5 stars if I could.

Do not get this If you live on planet Earth. They somehow charged twice for the same month of service and refused to give me my money back. I had to wait three days after installation to have internet because the guy gave me a broken router, failed to show up for an appointment to replace it, then gave me another BROKEN ROUTER!!!! P.s. I know for a fact that half the 5 star reviews are employees

The lady that works the desk is trashy an has other people come in there to visit with her before quoting time.. we went up there and paid are late Bill at 4 an they close at 5 there no reason they couldn't have turned are service back on. It was only one are two days late.Update 1-24-17Finally after contacting the 1800 number ssveral times my internet is running good it has been running my games just fine this evening.

Waited three weeks for internet where no one showed up or called all the while and was told the motom was in inventory numerous times. Customer service was very unproffesional or un apologetic EXPECIALLY WHEN you have to be the one to follow up with installation on your ordered service. What a joke!

Monopolized rural cable and internet with extreme technological deceit that WILL cost you an arm, a leg and your firstborn son. If you like paying a hundred dollars a month to watch local news and pawn stars while beating your head against a wall waiting for the simplest websites to load then Zito is for you. If anyone else in town is online at that time you can expect the internet to inspire anxiety and frustration even if you upgrade equipment and pay more for faster speeds. The customer service is leagues beyond fathomably grotesque. They use consumer frustration to market and exploit more costly products and services, yet act surprised when complaints are made and insist a technician comes to waste more of your time in an attempt to again, market and exploit... as for the appalling internet service, myself and others have been told by the in store receptionist that she “just started working there and doesn’t know much but they are upgrading and corporate is remedying the situation”.. I personally called her out when overhearing her tell another customer she was newly hired. She had been there at least 2 years at that point!... They will lie and/or refer you to corporate, anything to avoid remedying the heinous services, unless they think they can make more money from you. Zito is not alone, suddenlink, media com and other rural providers have been doing the exact same! I wish the American justice system was actually Just, I’d like to see a class-action suit bankrupt and eradicate predatory companies such as Zito. You may as well use you money as toilet paper than do business with them, at least you’d get something for your money. BE WARNED!

The representative, Morgan, was nothing like the current reviews indicate. This is the most acceptable bandwidth package you can find between hughsnet and AT&TAT&T 15 down 1upHughes Net 20down 3upZito 30-200down 5-20upIf you need internet, give them a call, don't trust the other reviews.

Extremely poor customer service from the day it was installed. Poor connection service as it didn't work right after he installed it then you get charged for unexplained things with no choice but to pay or have it added to your credit score. I do not recommend this company to anyone

Their office has the oddest hours I've ever seen. They are only open on Tuesday and Thursday from 9am-10am, 11am-12pm, then 1pm-5pm. All other days they are closed. The 24 hours that the have posted on Google is a hotline.The service, like many other rural internet providers, is terrible.

Worst customer service I have ever had with a company. I am currently on hold for service help and have already been waiting 33 minutes. I have had service issues since day 1 and have not even had service for 30 days yet with this company. I would take the one star away if I could....
