Very technically knowledgeable staff especially Pharm Mgr Blair. All pharmacists and pharmacy associates appear to have solid tech base. All staff are ready, willing and ready to help. They treat customers as valued customers not just a sale.I have been to other Wal-Mart pharmacies as well as Sam's clubs and have never felt as valued as this Marshall store.

Saturday, everything in electronics locked up just trying to get some headphones and absolutely no one is around in electronics, seems to happen a lot when I go in and it's the middle of the day

If you don't complain this store gets worse and worse. Everyone that goes here needs to complain if you cant find a item you need. If you don't it will only get worse. This store is run like NO ONE CARES. In fact its a joke. I would fire every manager in this store if it was up to me. And even more those who run the Deli or the Produce section. I don't even use the Deli in this store anymore. The meats are garbage. And the people who work there are lazy and act like you asked them to clean the bathrooms if you ask for the meat to be cut thin.

Great employees. The cashier that checked me out had a wonderful attitude and they are also truckers friendly. This Walmart is one I don't mind spending my money at!

I was traveling for work and realized I had forgotten my phone charger. It was just before 8 pm when I headed to the electronics department. As u was standing in front of the rack of chargers, the electronics department employee stopped to ask if she could help. She listened to what I wanted, recommended a couple of options, and then got me quickly checked out. I rarely have store employees come to me to see if I need help. This was fantastic. Keep up the good work.

I've been to this Walmart Supercenter a few times and it has always been clean and well stocked. The associates have always been friendly and helpful which makes for a pleasant shopping experience.

Most workers couldn’t care less to help you, the store isn’t very clean usually and always seems to be unorganized and random merchandise in random places throughout the store. I hate having to come here, but it’s the closest store that I can grab a few groceries and something from the electronics department or another department. Otherwise if I need just groceries I go to Aldi or wait until the weekend and go to Independence and hit another grocery store with fresher produce and meat selection

Chloe did an excellent job picking colors for my hair. I wanted a change and she gave me exactly what I wanted she trimmed my hair but Kept my length. I have had several compliments on my new look. I would highly recommend going in and see if Chloe or one of her coworkers can give you that boost and make you feel great. Thanks so much Chloe! Ur the best. It's just what I needed. This is nothing against the Walmart store. Fantastic employees and very helpful. This Hass to do with a company that Walmart hired or made up to deliver groceries and it has to do with the customers. A lot of the customers are very stingy they put in that they’re going to give you a tip and then they take it away. I think once they put a tip in it out stay it should be taken away from the drivers all the drivers do a good job and deliver the groceries, this is something that Walmart needs to fix because these people are out trying to make extra money and when you see $20 and it’s four trips well ones to pick up at Walmart but you’re already there and the other is to drop off at three different locations will you accept it because that’s $20 Well by the time the customers take away their tips for whatever reason because they just wanna entice you to deliver their groceries it’s wrong and you end up just eight dollars I think that’s pathetic and I think it’s very low life to take away somebody’s tip when there’s nothing wrong so you people out there and Walmart Need to do something about this. Those people out there working and only reason why they’re doing the service is to make extra income or that they didn’t need it. They wouldn’t be doing it so you wouldn’t have this service so think about that and quit being so freaking stingy And Walmart shame on you you need to fix this

Loved this Walmart until recently. When an associate could not find the receipt for a return in the computer, rather than ask if there was another card she could check, she accused us of stealing the item. Today I was asked for my receipt. This may seem like not such a big deal but to me, I was accused of stealing yet again. If you see me grabbing something off the shelf and walking out without paying, certainly do something about it. other wise, treat me with dignity. You did not even look at the itemized portion of the receipt! It could have been for a pack of gum for all you know.

Update October 12, 2023 - No chicken tenders at the Delhi at Walmart, low on help. I had to pay double due to shortage on items I came for. UPDATE October 1, 2023 - The state of affairs at Walmart, as I witnessed yesterday, paints a stark picture of supply chain issues and maintenance challenges. The dedicated staff at the Delhi and Self Checkout sections deserve commendation for their positivity and assistance amidst these trying times. Yet, the lack of electricity and unanswered calls today, October 1, 2023, serve as a stark reminder of the issues our nation faces. It's a sign that we must address these challenges swiftly and decisively to prevent further decline. UPDATE Feb. 24, 2023 DELHI section new training employee and another - I had to wait 5 minutes for chicken tenders, they sold out but already had them going... I shopped and came back - watched the guy CHECK THE TEMPERATURE and I bought the LARGEST FRESHEST best-tasting chicken tenders EVER for only under $3.00 and jalepeno peppers OF ALL TIME. Over 11 months, I've been IMPRESSED with local Walmart Employees here from Pick-UP orders, to customer SERVICE (BIG TIME) to locals to college students working there - 'THANK YOU!!!' We are fortunate to have a great store here in this way. Great selection

It's a Walmart some are better than others. It would be nice if they would replace the batteries on the disabled carts. They don't hold a charge for more than 20 minutes then you are in the store waiting for an employee to help you.

Most times there it's not really busy except near first of the month. I like going later at night seems less crowded. Greaters are friendly but seems about half the time there is no electric carts for disabled during the day. Seems there's only 8 carts 4 at each entrance. At night seems the kids from college are hores playing on them taking away from those who need it. They need to some how get a little better control over the usage by thise to lazy to walk. I myself use one and if not available I walk leaning on the buggy and limit how much I walk. But I guess each store has its own problems like that. So overall it's not a bad store and way better than others I've been in.

This store has become such a disappointment. They are always out of the pet food we need for our cats and dog. Often out of or just don't sell food products we need. Not to mention the aisles are always a mess and difficult to navigate their electric carts through.

Many areas have missing brands pet food is not always available. Most Purina brands are in huge bags. Small breeds need food they can chew. Both want only chicken flavors. Money matters and the prices are not good. I'm on a fixed income. The price of dog food is to expensive. Being forced to buy more expensive brands created problems in my budget but dogs refuse to eat and get sick with so many food changes. Just because the package reads DOG FOOD. does not mean it meets the needs of all dog.

1 Star is being quite nice. On this particular day, my wife and I had to get a few things after work. I specifically asked "MERCEDES" if she would check us out. Her reply, "NO" self-checkout. She then went right back talking to her friends, COMPLAINING that she had been at work since 1pm.I would truly like to be able to tell a customer, NO and then be able to stand around to talk to friends, then get paid.
