I wouldn't really call it an experience. I'm sure they may have what you need if you can get them to help you. And maybe they help people all the time but they definitely didn't care to help me at all. I received very short almost annoyed responses and pretty much zero help. You can tell the lady that I was speaking to did not want to be speaking to me. probably due to my bright purple hair and appearance. So yes go here if you would fit in in the middle of the country and if overalls and chewing on straw is your thing, no judgement here, dont expect to be received or helped if you don't fall into those categories. from my one experience I would say go elsewhere.

This place has a little bit of everything and priced very competitive to those BIG box stores. It gives you the feel of the long ago department or mercantile store. The staff are knowledgeable and super friendly. I've never had a bad experience. Each time I've been in they all are there to offer assistance.

I absolutely love this place!!! Everyone is very helpful and they have lots of things from Stilh products to lawn and garden, light fixtures , fencing and outdoor things....I would recommend this place!

Recently I have had 2 bad experiences with Bill Peters he is the worst representative of his own business. Bill Peters is rude short tempered and unfriendly and unable to explain the repairs That have been done on Stihl power equipment in his repair shop nor will he have a more qualified employee explain the repair made I will no longer do business with Bill Peters hardware and would not recommend anyone else doing business there either!
