Very kind and pleasant staff. Even in worse case they care about their patients and their owners til the very end. Even comfort the pet owner after a forced decision that the owner didn't want to make. They say and cried with them n give big hugs that were needed

I got a new puppy and called to set appointment and I told the lady that answer the phone that the owner who I bought my puppy from that he had gotten shots and I did not want my puppy to get the shots he has all ready gotten she said ok just bring the shot record ! So Saturday was our first appointment! The lady at the desk was kind of rude ! When they called our name the rude lady goes he is going to get all new shots the same ones he has already gotten. That is how we do it here . I was like give me my shot record we left I would never recommend them they are out for money not for your pets! I can’t see keep giving the same shot he has already been given to me that’s not in the best interests of your pet ! Plus you pay for someone to be rude to you !

You will never find a more caring group of animal caretakers. They not only have knowledge necessary to care for all pets, but tons of heart and love. Our very loved older cat passed away recently and we received so much compassion from the staff. We still have three pets who will have a great life because of the staff at Bollinger County Veterinary. Thank you to every single person there who gives our fur babies such love and great care. Today was my puppies first vet business and they treated us both terrific. I'm a disabled veteran as well so I asked them to write down what they told me I needed to do and they were more than willing to accommodate me. I wish I could give them more than just 5 stars. I'll be back and will recommend them to others as well.

Unfortunately my boy was harmed (lost all hearing and ability to walk) by the pharmaceutical provided and the supplement that was sold to me had a main ingredient that was genetically modified to rupture the stomachs of bugs when they eat the plants. I took my dog for gut problems so this should have been considered more carefully.I had gone with one particular request for a specific medication to address yeast. That was not honored. The vet was kind but did interrupt not allowing me to provide all information for the question she asked.With this being said, this clinic is just the same as most. This is how they are taught. Their ego's so often don't allow them to listen to the person who knows the pet best. All they are willing to use is pharmaceuticals and they have not educated themselves past what they were indoctrinated into.It's a problem of the system firstly and secondly it's a problem that vets are not stepping outside the system to educate themselves further.

They get our dogs in quickly any time there is an issue and I know no one there. They get better each year and do thorough testing to find the issue and treat it. My only caution is to be careful if you have small animals that are being anesthetized, don't do it too many times, and leave them with the vet overnight for observation to be safer.

Friendly service. The business area is well decorated with things relative to the business. If you are looking for honesty and a good deal, I would recommend giving Jim's motors a try.

Called to try to get our dog seen for a UTI while we were camping. Lady who answered phone was very unprofessional, and downright rude. Refused to provide service. Asked if there was another vet nearby. She said try Advance, and then hung up. Will not attempt to provide business to this establishment ever again. We went ahead and drove to our home vet where we were taken care of in less than one hour, and treated with respect. Will be sure to make everyone I know aware of how rude and unprofessional this business is.

I've been taking my dogs there for over 10 years. Dr. Jones and the staff are professional, kind and compassionate. I drive a little over an hour, and past many other vets, just to get there. They're worth driving the extra miles!

Liza and Colleen are the best veterinarian and they have taken care of my pets for years. I trust them and have never been advised wrong with any of my family pets. Love there staff because they are so friendly and care about our pets.
