I appreciate the friendliness of the employees. There was a selection of items that I did not expect to see, but was pleasantly surprised when I noticed it. It included clothing items and Christmas decor.

I was meat manager when it was odorless and cleanest meat dept. Cooler doors were left open at night by incompetent manger.I left I will never sell bad meat to a customer EVER.Goodluck. Was trying to bring u the best meat dept.Wish others would care more about customer service.

I love shopping in my small town grocery store! The other customers are pretty friendly, the staff is very helpful, and it is conveniently close to home. Plus, I just earned a free turkey for buying groceries! Double plus, my name is in the weekly drawing to win what I spent...it is possible I could get the same amount of groceries ($$$ amount) free!

Mansfield needs local competition. Poor meat I have to poke holes in the fresh meat to make sure it's not rotten, produce not fresh and just bought eggs and they were frozen! This has been going on for years nothing against current management!!!Customer service is exceptional!!

I don't like anything about that store. They usually don't have anything you need. When sales are going on they don't keep the shelves stocked. They don't have much of a selection of anything. They have a horrible coupon policy. I only go there for a last resort. I have gotten chocolate milk from them on a few occasions and it has been spoiled. My recommendation is to skip going there if possible.

A friendly local grocer. Being the only place to buy food in the small town in which it resides it has a very loyal customer base. Any walmart is a minimum of almost thirty minutes away. They have frequent good weekly sales, good customer service, and always willing to help anyone who needs it a hand getting there food to there car. They know there customers by name and work there best to make it a very comftorable shopping experience. You can save a little if you wanna drive to walmart, but all in all a wonderful store and worth your time.

This store is hit or miss when it comes to customer service...sometimes staff great you at checkout but mostly they dont, they just continue their convo with the other staff as they ring you up. Once, a nice young lady asked me if i needed help loading the 3 cases of water I had purchased. Only once... and i stopped in avcouple times a week. Didn't even get a "thank you" with my purchase this morning. Maybe it's because I'm from the south, but I was raised that basic manners are expected and that cordiality and hospitality is necessary for a successful business.As much as I hate to give my business to wally world, at least I'll save a few pennies while being treated rudely.

Great selection of products. Sale prices are fair. Other products are still a bit pricey, that's only if you prefer to drive and fight the traffic in and out of the stores.Can't beat the friendliness of the customer service bunch.

The lady at check out was very nice and pleasant. They don't carry my foldgers half caff coffee so I have to go ealse where. Wich is a pain. Meat is so expensive. I am loving the vegan and gluten free choices. As well as the ketchup with no high fructose corn syrup. If the dollar section could expand more we'd like that too. A bakery section would be so nice.

Rude employees is my number 1 complaint. Second is that they have to ask you if you are paying with ebt card. Why can't they make this discrete? So someone could be standing there with some hateful redneck conservative behind them who looks like he wants to kill them simply because they are paying with food stamps. That's not right and seems to be a confidentiality issue. No other store has to ask a person that. Get with the times and do this discreetly. People are full of hatred these days and are dangerous. Stop jeopardizing innocent people by making them say they are paying with foodstamps. It's horrible that this is even an issue, but sadly it is, especially in this town.

This is the only full-fledged grocery store in Mansfield, MO. I shop here quite often, because it saves me from driving 11 miles to Ava, MO... or 18 miles to Mountain Grove, MO.Most of the items in the store are your typical grocery items, and are of good quality... although their prices tend to be a bit higher (because they are a small store and cannot buy in quantity , as larger stores can, I suppose).From my personal experiences, stay away from the meat section. I eat a lot of hamburger (and used to raise my own beef cattle, so perhaps I'm a bit spoiled), but I would rather eat Wal-Mart's meat than any meat from this store. If you're making a casserole or Hamburger Helper or sloppy joes, their ground beef is okay... whatever flavoring you add helps cover up the nasty taste. I would HIGHLY suggest staying away from their ground beef for a hamburger BBQ, though. As for their steaks, I won't even try them.As a local Mansfield resident, I do have to commend them for their effort. They have tried to improve, for sure. However, I find it sad that I have to drive to another town to buy good meat products (which are also cheaper than their prices, most times).Saddening, to me... yet my honest opinions.
