Dropped my dogs off for a grooming. They had been there before and everything had always been perfectly fine. This time, not so much. Completely new staff then there was before. They didn't listen to any of our health or safety concerns for our dogs. They didn't complete the grooming. And our dogs came out very anxious. I would not recommend any dogs with anxiety or health issues going there (or really any dog).

We have been going there for a while with no issues for a long time. Then, this last time we were there, the service was just horrid. We stated multiple times our health and safety, which they repeatedly ignored. They went against the health concerns of one of our dogs, and if not followed, could result in surgery if anything happened.Then there is our Spritz breed, which is a rescue that had lived in multiple abusive households. This dog has anxiety, even with his anxiety medications, and they shaved him to the skin in a few locations as a "sanitary trim." That caused his anxiousness to skyrocket.The jobs they said were complete were merely mediocrely done, and all the dogs were anxiously shivering when we left.I would not recommend any dogs to come here, especially if they have any health or anxiety issues. There are better groomers around the area.

Easy to book appointments, groomers review info during check-in, services performed as expected and paid for. Happy with quality of work and care of my dog.My dog is a 7yo Pyrenees mix - she desperately needed a bath, furminator to help shedding, nails done, etc. Groomer Murphy did a fantastic job taking care of her and wrote detailed information down for what he did and observations. It was extremely helpful knowing exactly what was done and how Riley did.

I have used this salon for 9 years. My dog’s hair was a little long and less than 20% had some deep minor matting. They refused to trim the coat without shaving, even though I offered they can leave the matts for me to deal with after. Quiet quitting is real.
