I wish I could give this place 0 stars for how incredibly unhelpful they were. I left a message about making a reservation to get my dog groomed. Did not receive a call back but only a text saying they were booked for the holidays. Odd considering I never said I wanted it done for the holidays and they would have known that if they called back to ask. I informed them I was only interested in their first available and she followed up with “ What kind of dog do you have? Just to let you know we had to stop taking new dogs over 30 pounds because of back and rotator cuff issues.” A dog grooming salon that only takes dogs under 30lbs? Doubtful.Don’t even bother calling this place or having any interest in using them. There are so many grooming salons all over West County that deserve your business. 👎🏻

Both of these ladies are wonderful! It's about a 45 minute drive depending on traffic, but I wouldn't ever take my fur baby anyplace else! I followed Nora here from the salon she had previously worked at. She is one of the sweetest people you'll ever meet and very loving towards my dog! After a couple hours at this spa, my Molly dog doesn't only look gorgeous, but smells great, too!

The owners of this place are very nice and do a very nice job with our dogs! I love that they have appt times for your dogs and the dogs are in and out in a few hours instead of it being an entire day ordeal. They do a nice job and I feel comfortable that our fur babies are treated well while they are there and that’s very important to me. I would highly recommend!

I had my Westie groomed. She not only looked beautiful (perfect cut) after her grooming, she was in a good mood, which is the sign of a loving groomer. I almost hate to give a good review in case too many people show up but pets deserve the best. These girls provide a great service and your pets will enjoy the experience.

The sisters that own this groiming service are awesome. My little chewy always looks amazing when he leaves. My little guy has severe anxiety, I let him hang out in the grooming arena with them so he's not stressed and call me as soon as he's done so I can pick him up.

The shop owners are the nicest ladies ever! And they do beautiful work but more importantly, they really love all the animals that come in their shop. They are patient with all of them and make sure they are well taken care of. I live about 40 minutes away and I will always go to them.

My mom took my dog to get groomed here. When she got back home she got a phone call saying that she had to come and get him because he was too nervous and he wouldn't let them groom him. When my mom asked if she could stand there while they groom him, they said no. Not to mention, they were pretty ignorant about it. There are plenty of other places around that are accommodating and don't make owners feel shamed because their dog has separation anxiety.

Ladies were very nice and accommodated me for a walk-in nail trim on a Saturday. They even gave my dog a complimentary 4th of July bandana, but:- Their dremel was dead / broken, so they couldn’t file my dogs nails- They did not inform me until AFTER they had trimmed his nails that they only except Cash or Check (There was no signage posted either).- My dog’s nails were very rough and split after being trimmed. I was unhappy with the results but didn’t have faith that Paw Wash could do any better because they didn’t have a working dremel. I took him another groomer (immediately after) and was told it looked like the clippers used on him previously were dull.- The second groomer did an excellent job filing his nails and making them nice and smooth. They were also very friendly and reassured me that even though my dog is anxious about getting his nails done, that they would take excellent care of him (and they did).Response to Owner Response:The fact that you feel the need to defend yourself via a response to my comment and rating of your establishment further shows that you don't deserve my business.Your tools were broken and/or dull, your methods of payment were inconvenient and out of date, and your attitude is appalling.2 Stars -> 1 Star. I took my dog to Rub-A-Dub Doggie in Fenton instead and had a WONDERFUL experience.
