I have had my lily since May, still has not bloomed. In fact even the leave growth seems stunted. I have had lilies in my pond for 15 yrs, so not new to this. They are in full sun appx 18" of water, no gravel on top to crowd rhizome, & regular fertilizing. My other two plants are growing & blooming wonderfully, not the one from Chalily. In the picture, the circled one is Chalilys plant, you can see the big difference. Very Disappointed!! 😞

They have such beautiful garden art I bought one for my mother-in-law and one for me that you can see below. I have driven past the store for years and thought that they were primarily water gardens but it was a great experience and the staff was incredibly nice.

The product was so good, bloom all the season, but I have some of fertilizer tablets were broken ,so if when they pack it they must stuffed more packing material like cotton to hold the tablets tight together, and it wouldn’t shake well in the container during shipping .

I ordered some aquatic plants for my new koi pond. Chalily has the most amazing selection of water lilies and irises and other aquatic plants. Quality is exceptional and I was so impressed with their packing and shipping. We're so excited to have found them as the source for all of our aquatic plants for our new Garden pond. Really enjoyed this place. A lot inside and outside the store. The owner is very nice. I found a patch for my pond liner—very nice to buy it by the foot rather than buy and entire kit. A nice variety of quality supplies. I will def be back.

I ordered a purple pickerel rush from this business on Amazon. Just received my order, early, today and all I can say is WOW!! The water plant is so healthy and green. I wish I would have ordered more!! It is so hard to find healthy pond plants in my area. When I do find some they usually look like they are on deaths door. Thank you Chalily! I will be ordering more plants for my pond!

Worst pond experience ever. We've always had gorgeous water lily flowers and this year, none. We bought their water lilies already potted in their "super soil," which clouded our pond and the water lilies disintegrated over the ensuing weeks. The only thing we have left is the water hyacinths, which they gave us for free.

I did not have a receipt but, Joe found my purchase on his computer and allowed me to exchange my fountain for a much lighter fountain (and I just love it!). They truly want the customer to be happy! We happened to drive by Chalily's, saw lots of interesting garden goodies and pulled in to shop. I saw two items from the road that I had every intention to buy but their prices are kind of outrageous. However, if you are into water gardens, this would be the place to go. So, bottom line is....I liked their stuff but I am not paying those kind of prices. I know you can find comparable items elsewhere for a lot less. No matter how much money you pay, it's all made in China!

Absolutely love this place! I have gotten numerous Koi fish from them and a Chinese high fin banded shark. My dad and I also use their pond cleaning kit in the spring, the most helpful people if you have a question about the care of your pond or fish. Would definitely recommend stopping by just to see the amazing koi pond that wraps around the side of the building. I bought some water Hyacinths from them that were beautiful! They didn't last long though as Koi love them! would recommend to anyone interested in starting a pond or looking for new fish.
