Its been almost a year since i was there with my 2 dogs. Did not like the way that the vet walked up to my girls grabbed their back legs and just gave them their shots. To me it was very unprofessional that he walked up behind them and proceeded to give the vaccine. He should have let them see he was coming up on them

Everyone was wonderful in the office!! They got me in on a Saturday as I was literally on my way to STL!! I'm glad my friend referred me there!!! I was needing a good vet, since I just moved here in the Bootheel. Thank you so much!!!!!

I wouldn't go to any vet anywhere else in the Southeast Missouri area. Look at the heart! That alone should tell you there's love and compassion here. the doctor's and nurse's are all one family making it to me personally a much more beautiful place to go. Just love

Took over a week to get appointment. The staff was friendly enough and good with my pet. It was quite expensive though for a very quick office visit and an allergy shot. Will try to find less expensive treatment alternatives in the future

We brought our dog in today for swollen glands. Everyone at the clinic was so incredibly nice. I love that it is a family run practice. The doctor explained everything so thoroughly, answered all of our questions and gave us great advice. I am so happy we found a great vet for our fur baby.

Who is this new Dr?I really liked her!This place sure isn't what it used to be when the Bill and the wife were the ones to take in your fur baby.Nonetheless, it is what it is and I am grateful for this new doc! She may have possibly helped to add more years to our old boxer Sadie, who needed an expert opinion and some tests and Doc was spot on! Our old dog is bouncing back to her old self finally after a long couple of years of dragging down and just sickly!I could never thank you enough Lady Doc for saving our fur baby!!! <3<3<3

These guys could do such a better job. They have gotten mixed up on more than one occasion. Granted my family has several pets but I expect their doctor to know which one he’s treating every time we go. Not the case. Just really need better organization. His staff is his info source. Poor notes, inaccurate briefs, whatever the cause it shouldn’t happen— it’s not cheap!

Dr. Bill has been our veterinarian for well of 20 years. Always accurate, gentle, and willing to explain what's wrong with the furry members of our family. His family that works there (some veterinarians themselves) and staff have been nice even when they are swamped.

Saved my heelers life 2 weeks ago after she had a lung collapse took her right In as an emergency patient kept her overnight showed great care and compassion not to mention finding the lung she is still recovering but doing great no amount of words could Express my gratitude

Everyone is nice friendly animal lovers and i love their white cat with a blue and a green eye but this visit i wasnt happy about i couldnt afford something i done know and they wasnt to focused on my baby Ernie and so now he still laying around feeling bad with bad leg ear and i have to find a way to come up with the money again to try sikston bc everyone is telling ms thats were to take a anamil you look at as your own child

Vet spends time between offices in Malden & Kennet. Excellent care of spay & neutering puppies. A little more $$ than we used to pay in Marble Hill, but lots of care & concern.

Very disappointed, charged me for things my puppy did not need. Such as fluids. She had a seizure, she wasnt dehydrated...and I got charged a 50 dollar emergency fee on top of a clinic fee bc I walked in and they werent even doing anything. The veterinarian was on her phone. I've always respected malden vet clinic before. I DO NOT now. There not helping me..they want my money and now Being q single mom I came afford my rent and they never once told me the cost of anything before doing it. They just did it assuming I could afford it.
