Quick and easy stop for coffee, just off Highways 63 and 36. Friendly service too! This location offers Nitro Cold Brew, not available at all Scooter's shops, and I always recommend checking to see what the brewed coffee flavor of the day is, delicious as a cafe au lait.

Customer service was 100%! The young man who got us our order was one of the nicest young men! Coffee also very good! The young man gave our kiddos lollipops and was so sweet to them. Even if the coffee wasn’t very good, I’d come back because of how sweet the young man was! So refreshing to see the people are still kind out there. 🙂 Thank you Macon Scooters for hiring pleasant workers!

I love Scooters, but I won't be going back to this location. I accidentally put my online order in at a different town 30 minutes away. The drink was already paid for, and I even showed my order confirmation. I asked for either a refund or if they could just make me the drink anyway, even though it was ordered to the wrong location. The manager denied me my drink, and couldn't even refund me. Thankfully the Kirksville location took my name and info and agreed to give me my drink next time I come by. But I was very disappointed to miss getting my coffee when I really needed it!

If you want coffee that's actually hot, go elsewhere! After visiting this location the first time and not having a very good experience, I decided to give it one more try, and once again ended up with drinks that wasn't even warm :-(

I can't stress this enough, every scooters experience is five star customer service, and I travel around a lot. My fall beverage lost some flavor but I assume it was to added shots I got, so I can't fault the place or person. We asked his opinion on flavors and he was super kind and my friends both loved their drinks. Also, doggos loved the pupcup!

Teach your employees some customer service, you know smiles, offer sugar, stir sticks, etc. Say things, use words not just shove coffee in hand and then close door right away. The young lady with dark hair Saturday at 12:35 pm on February 18th. Maybe service industry isn't her thing ......

It's a drive-through coffee kiosk. If you're daring, order the "Stephanie's Surprise". I've ordered it a dozen times now and have never been disappointed. Staff is super-friendly. Manager is superb.Features: Staff stays indoors and hands your order to you through the drive-up window. Mask wearing is up to you.

I usually get the smoothie but they don't crush the ice very well when making them so you have big chunks of ice in your smoothie so it's hard to drink
