Excellent employee at cash register. Order done correctly and received exactly what we wanted. Good crispy French fries. Employee was mopping floors when we left restaurant. Reasonable price for so much food. Enough parking for customers.Kid-friendliness: High chairs provided.

They do not have coffee available at all. Cold snowy day. Ordered French fries. They were overcooked and tasteless. For $5 I expected better and chose not to get anything else.Also they had not sanded the sidewalk entrance to the front door on the left side of the building when facing the front and it was snowy and icy. Dangerous - accident waiting to happen.

7:45pm, after spending day in VA hospital in Columbia, I needed comfort. Ordered old favorite, 4pc chicken basket & blizzard. 2 advertised flavors they were out of, didn't receive any toast, only got 3 chicken strips and they now have coating like McNuggets. What a disappointment. The young man at window was very pleasant. Would've gone back, but was too tired. Probably won't stop there on my future trips through Macon.

Good food, good icecream, even helped me carry my large order to my car. Banana splits are delicious, although this most recent time the pineapple was spoiled.Kid-friendliness: Kid menu and lots of icecream options.

Definitely not a good Dairy Queen experience. When I came here the drive-thru line was extremely long, longer than usual even for a drive-thru. Also the restrooms were not clean. Would not come back here again.

Really disappointed tonight.. waited in the drive thru at the window for 10 min if not more for just 2 blizzards while I watched 5 employees stand around at the window.. the when I finally got them all I got was sorry I was waiting for him to make them.. my question is why could one of the other employees do it instead of stand around, while ppl behind me waited for their food which I'm sure was cold by the time they got it, I saw it sitting on the counter waiting.. Just Horrible!!

I hear at least once a week people are cranky at the price the same time the price is always a little different I order the same thing every time I ask for extra sauce wow I would like him to get an order right once I'm tired of every time they ask me for sauce I say no sauce and I get three or four containers shoved into the basket I guess that's how they make it look full I have to drive to moberly to dairy Queen so be it it sucks that these people want 16-17-18 dollars an hour and can't get your order right

I ordered 3 Blizzards and got 2, checked my receipt and realized they had missed 1. Also, ordered a chicke strip basket and a rotisserie chicken bites basket, and I was asked what sauce I'd Ike with each and got home to find we didnt have any sauce at all. Food was getting cold by the time we got to eat it because we had to get back in line behind 3 other customers to reorder the blizzard they'd missed. Very disappointing
