Small town, nice people….. be careful not to drive down the wrong street and you may end up in a bad situation. Luckily the guard gave me a map to the back of the building where you check in at. There a separate empty trailer lot and a loaded trailer lot for drop and hooks.Empty trailer drop on E Bourne St. and the loaded trailers are on the corner of Oak. You can’t miss them….. I’ve attached the map..

Good place to deliver and pickup. From 63 to vain turn right on the first stop sign then turn L after oneblock. Stay on that road until the 7en 11 gas station turn left go around the parking lot and go straightIF YOU SEE TRUCKS ON THE SIDE OF THE ROAD NEAR THE GATE STAY BEYOND THE STOP SIGN.plus7 miles from the the company there's LOVES TRUCK STOP and if you need wash out around 2 miles there's Gabriel truck repair they do wash out.

Always had a good experience here. Follow Vine st in from 63. Then follow truck route. Signs at every 4 way stop. At ConocoPhillips turn L. Follow to end. At stop cross over and down the hill toward the gate. Stop at end of fence line on R. Walk down to gate to check in. Your bills are signed at this point usually. Only about 100 yards. When called they will have you come in and drop trailer along left side of jersey walls. Bobtail back out and wait on left before the fence. Yard dog will drop your trailer outside the gate when you're empty. You're free to go.

Honestly a great delivery. The lady at the guard shack is very nice. My del appt was for 1500, I arrived at 0800 just to see and they took me in no issue. Drop trl, yard driver docks it, once finished brings it out and you leave. There's no best way to get in there but don't get overwhelmed just follow the truck route signs and do what makes sense. It's much easier than it seems trust me. 👍🏼

Super nice set up. When you get to address, keep following truck route through town and around the BP gas station and follow past drop lots until you get to gate. Park and sign in. They have you drop your load in gate, then bobtail back out and wait. Once MT, they bring trailer out to you and you're good to go. Nice people. 👍

Dock is very tight but doable. Their yard truck was down and did not want to wait until it was repaired so I backed it in myself. There is just enough room to spin around with a few pull ups. Then blindside in.Staff is very friendly and easy to get along with. Floow the truck route in as others have said.

Went here on a Saturday, and the shipping office was closed. Getting out without a yard dog to take your trailer is next to impossible. Park in a drop yard and take the walk down to the office to make sure they're open when you get there or you'll be SOL.

Follow Vine to Rutherford to Burke to Oak. Follow Oak around to the docks. Stop at the guard shack and talk to them. If you are delivering you might be sent back around to the east docks that you passed on your way in. If loading they will have you drop your trailer and wait for them to bring it back. There directions say to leave out of there to the left across the bridge but the bridge also says 20 ton limit. So, I'm not sure what the story is. They have a porta potty. Over is not a bad place but they low marks for making drivers use a box in the outdoors instead a real bathroom like humans get to use.

It is not that bad, go to 204 vine st, and then follow the truck route signs (they’re literally on every corner). You check in, drop the trailer, and they will put it in a dock for you. Got here 1 hour before my appointment, and got loaded fast. (A couple of good restaurants within walking distance)

They weren’t bad. In and out in 2.5 hrs. The streets are pretty tight. Mr. Jones put a review that is spot on on how to get to the place and get out. You have to read signs not your GPS. GPS was telling me to go down no truck routes. The staff are pretty friendly also. Overall a good experience!

One word, TIGHT! The people are friendly and helpful. They dock your trailer and bring it out to you. Do not show up to early as there is NO WHERE to park short of a spot that holds 4-5 bobtails. Follow the map provided by google photos (or Mr Andrew Jones‘s review below) and remember the first turn off of vine st is very/extremely tight. I suggest you have your tandems all the way forward to make the turn (there are no weigh stations within 30 miles or more of this facility so don’t worry about that), swing wide and stay wide and slow through town.Special thanks to driver Andrew Jones for his map, instructions and time that he put in to help all of us out hear. It is tough if this is the first time here. You have to pay close attention and make sure to stay on truck route. You have to go around the plant and turns are tight. The staff was friendly and they unloaded my trlr fast. Next time it will be easier. Park before the security shack and check in. You will drop trailer and yard driver backs it to the dock

Nice easy place to get to if you know how to read the truck route signs. Turn on Vine St. and follow the truck route signs. They will take you directly to the commercial vehicle area where you need to park your commercial vehicle. Walk in the shipping area where there are...signs to tell you where to go. Drop your trailer where they tell you to drop it and park your bobtail in the little area with the cement blocks. (Kinda close to the train tracks..lol) They will put your trailer in a dock. When they are finished, they will bring your trailer and paperwork to you. Hook up and get on your way. Follow the truck route signs back to the main road. Just that simple folks. I will definitely be back.

Definitely read the reviews before just showing up like I did as if I'm still a rookie! Smh. FOLLOW THE TRUCK ROUTE signs, they'll take you where you need to be. They're off of Vine St. Don't listen to the GPS on this one. This place could definitely use better signage, but the people were really nice and loaded us very quickly. Eat onion rings and a catfish sandwich at the Apple Basket Cafe while you wait!

Staff is great to work with. I was kinda nervous coming in since my companies directions were a bit crazy, but I followed the truck route signs on vine street and it brought me right where I needed to be. Showed up at about 1100 for a 1230 appt and they already have my trailer and getting it loaded. Couldn’t ask for a better place to pick up from.

It was easy to get in and out! A few tight roads, and be sure to follow the truck route! Other wise it's going to be a few hours before you get to drop off the load because all of the tight turns

Very nice place..the staff was friendly..was unloaded at my appt.time. It took approximately 1 HR 1/2..was in and out..facility is very small four unloading. Will drop trailer, yard jockey will put it in the door, well unload, then being your trailer back for you to hook back too..

Follow the truck route if you’re delivering flour there’s a chance of getting unloaded in the first loading dock on your left before hitting the stop sign on rutherford st

Just a small update.The route: Vine street - right to N Rutherford str (you can see a sign) - left to Bourke str (sign) - left to W Oak str ( NO SIGN, no street nameplate, exactly after Conoco to the left) - left again Oak str (no options))) - straight to the gate. Check in - in the cabin near the gate.No need to arrive too much earlier (if you didn't call them) - I arrived at 6:50, appointment at 700 and I was served in front of other guys in the line.No restrooms(Delivery time - around 2 hours.don't forget to feed kittens near the bobtail parking)))Exit: Left to S Rollins - left to Main str.

Tough to get into, follow directions in other review.. Will take bulk deliveries early. Have always dropped trailer, jockey puts it in door, then brings it out to you. This place is fun in winter!Oh, and the trains roar by at 50+, 20 feet from where you are parked. Fun at 2 AM!

I checked in the day before my appointment and they called me 04:45 with a door the next morning.If your going north on the 63 make a left at Vine st and right on Rutherford st and then a left on Bourke st take it down a few blocks and turn left on gravel road where it says truck route turn here. If you are loaded and get here on a Sunday, drop your loaded trailer in the lot or empty one and bobtail down the hill and check in and they will call you before your appointment time the next day.

I worked there for almost 10 years. Eventually became top seniority mixer on the 2nd shift. Worked among a variety of hard working men and women. They turn out a good product in that factory.
