When I went to pay for an item today, I was in checkout lane to pay for a reduced item, the cashier looked at other employee and the guy talking to her says I will take that item. I was in lane to pay for it first so the item should of been sold to me. I will not be shopping this tractor supply again, as I have bought lots from here in the past. I will have to drive a little father, but with what happened today won't happen again.

I like the store, pretty pricey on certain things though. And just like now, as if the store doesn't close early enough as is, I pull up 6 minutes before close, and they had just locked up shop. If the hours are til 7, I expect that, not 6:54. Only had one thing to grab, could have been in and out in 2 minutes.

Visited the store this week. It was very full and well merchandised. Lots of gift ideas for Christmas. Clothing was great.

Okay place, good selection of avariety of things, sales are very good, some of the staff are not very knowledgeable. It is a farm store in which the staff are not necessarily from farms. They probably have what you need, but they don't necessarily know it you have to know what you need, and find it on your own. Placement of the items are not very intuitive or consistent. Insecticides are in three or four places. But they have the right stuff, at a good price, just hard to find.

The close before the time it's actually supposed to close.. and one time I was in there had 15 min b4 closing time and this young tall girl hurrying me up to leave.. horrible customer service I have to bag my own products.. place is a joke

If going in with a check be prepared for a long wait. It's like if you don't have a debit card you are judged that you don't have money. Never felt so humiliated in a checkout line that kept getting longer so everyone is looking and getting frustrated from me taking so long.

Although the cage I purchased is great for my needs. I WILL NEVER order from this company again! I was charged twice and the return policy SUCKS. Useless customer services as well! NEVER AGAIN.

I love my hometown store. Thanks for being in my little town! I mostly just go for the Orscheln's Farm to Table dog food. It's great!

Smells like mice constantly and they mark prices on bags that are incorrect then wont honor them. NO one knows what the hell is going on in the store or how to do anything
