I ran out of propane, called Lock's Mill and was greeted with a friendly lady over the phone who made it super easy! Then the guy came out (same day!) and he was also very friendly and personable. Absolutely outstanding service all around and I will be using them again!

Called a week before -4 with a wind chill of -14 I told them I cannot turn my propane on because of an open line. I have a small wood stove that cannot heat the whole house. I have a little propane left but cannot use it because of the open line. I called back after this whole week of cold wondering if they maybe didn't have the right #. They said because it was so cold they where not doing service calls..... so we froze that whole week because I have one line that needed to be capped. If I'd known I would have had someone else come cap the line. 😔 soooo cold! Idk I guess sacrifice the few for the many.
