Jeff tried to work out a deal with me. Things looked good. Home owners insurance was our plan with an estimate on car insurance. I chose to go elsewhere with the car insurance because the rates were higher. As soon as Jeff found out that I was not on board for 'his plan' I cancelled. Never stated I would move forward. Shortly after I received a collection notice for an unpaid bill that I never even had. I apparently owed them. For several days which I was never even covered, no CC ever disclosed or anything. This is just a money hungry agent who wants to prosper with no regards to his clients; unless it's in his favor. It took 4 phone calls to get the credit bureau to dismiss the charge because of the unprofessionalism that Jeff did. My advise, steer clear.
