Please don't waste your time going here....Called over 3 years ago to have a customer door made, spoke with Kevin and he said it would be no problem and it would be done within a week! The end of the following week came around and I hadn't heard anything so I decided to call, Kevin was very rude and one of the owners (Johnny) came across the radio and made the remark "she only ordered it a week ago, she's going to have to freaking wait." So I waited another week, called door still wasn't done was told they'd get to when they get to it" fast forward to today... I called and am now told that they can't make, and that I have to custom order it... which is a lie. When I asked to speak to Kevin to find out why I wasn't informed of these weeks ago, he refused to speak with me. This place is nothing but a joke. The only good that comes from that place is Allen . My family and I will be taking our business elsewhere and I will be telling as many people as I can to do the same.

Bad experience. Walked in to look at tool cabinets and got priced a rolling cabinet for $349 if I walked out with it that day. I pondered it for 5 minutes or so and walked back to the same employee to tell him I was ready to buy it. (I haven’t left the store or location of the tool cabinet). This said employee then proceeded to tell me that he had it sold already to a guy over the phone. Probably won’t be back there for a long time.

Had an issue with our thermostat and got one that wasn't compatible with our system and they didn't hesitate to exchange it for the right one! Tom went above and beyond to make sure I got the proper one when I went in to exchange the wrong one we got! TY TOM and the lady at the register!

Hometown is one of my favorite places to go .. the people are friendly and helpful. They have anything you need , They are an old fashioned hardware store that assist you with your needs there are not many places that provide old fashioned services like this anymore.
