Today was our first time going here, and me and family had a blast! Only downside, it was a bit overcrowded. For a family of 4 (2 adults and 2 kids) was only $24. Most items on the snack bar were decently priced. My only concern was, since it was very crowded and there was atleast 5 different kids screaming bloody murder... If there was a child drowning, it may go unnoticed. Also, bigger kids play very rough, and I've noticed the smaller kids get smacked into, or fallen into, elbowed because of playing catch in the pool and they take up most of the pool from 4ft on up, Smaller kids who can swim in the deeper end, have problems.

I love the young kids area with very shallow water and a nice slide! The lazy river is nice for adults who just want to float. I only wish there were a few more shady areas especially during the lifeguard breaks every hour(when it gets REALLY hot in the sun on the pavement)

For a small town it is a good sized water park. It has a kid area, lazy river, water slide, diving board, swimming area for adults, and time set aside for adults only swimming. It is also a more than fair price to get it. I think kids 4 and under get in for free. They also have a place for food, drinks, showers, restrooms, and seats.

A great community pool! Lots of different, but connected areas: zero entry side with bouncy seats for infants, lazy river, deep area for swimming & basketball, & a fun waterslide. The lifeguards are very attentive.

Great place to go. Have a wonderful lazy pool and the workers are nice. Decent priced food and entrance fee is totally reasonable. I live in Houston but I drive to Licking pool cuz it's better!

Not many seating options, and even less options for shade (helpful with babies and young children). Every hour, they have a break for for the lifeguards so all children have to exit the pool. I'm not sure of the reasoning, but they have closed the pool early while it's not mentioned on their website. If you're having to travel to visit the pool, make sure you call and verify the hours for the day.

The diving board is the best fro flips canon balls and belly flop I like to try to touch the bottom of 12ft.

This place is a fairly good place to cool off in the summer. The staff are all locals, there is the occasional day it is closed, but any place is. You usually find a familiar face if you are a local.
