I have 2 large (100#) dogs. The fact that I can come in, bathe and dry them with cleanup, brush and soap included! A well $17 spent. I will be back to give my monsters another bath. No bending over the tub, no special but this brush for this fur, no cleanup the bathroom cause my dogs decided bubbles are scary! This was a wonderful and amazing experience.

In all honesty my experience with management was not pleasant. They try to upsell you on food that's not really what you come in to look for. They'll say their food has never had a recall but if you look up fromm or nutrisource recalls you can find that recalls exist. Workers will seem irritated with you whenever there's a shipment in and honestly they're not the best place to buy from locally. There are plenty of other stores that sell the same things in the area. There are also lots of time where there are even broken bags of food on the shelves.

We have been purchasing our top quality food and treats from here for several years, also nail trimming with occasion face trims. The whole staff including groomers are on top of their product knowledge to help with an informed choice. The compassion and love for animals radiates from the groomers who greet with a calming nature that must provide a pleasant experience as they emerge with their heads held high and proud of their refreshed look. The U Wash is the best! With a big boy like Sammy, we love using the u-wash stations where we can bathe and dry him. All supplies are provided! Of course there are great treat and toy options available in the store for rewards after we're done!

Awesome products and knowledgeable staff! We have had our dog groomed here once, and stop frequently for treats. The staff is always friendly to our dog and gives her extra treats. Their prices are a little steep for buying dog food regularly, however, their treats and grooming services are reasonably priced.

I just ran into grab some dog food. They carry many fantastic brands of dog and cat food at truly great prices. I also take my dog there and have them trim his nails. I had taken him other places but being around other dogs and lots of people activity when he had his nails done made him very anxious. When I took him to Go Pet Go there were no other dogs around and they had him a quiet area in back where he felt safe and secure. He likes getting his nails done now. I won't go anywhere else. All the employees are very kind and love animals. Oh yeah you're able to take your dog or cat with you in the store. That way they can pick out their own treat... LOL

When I first heard about Go Pet Go, I believe it was 2011 and I was looking for some quality dog 🐕 food. The brand I had been feeding was a high end grain free dry kibble that had always been on or near the top of the review list. Then they had a recall and the investigation turned up many severe issues with their sources and their production methods.I had done tons of research to find THAT food and now I had to do it again. I did some research on Go Pet Go and saw all positive reviews. So I went right away to see what they had to offer.Go Pet Go did most of the work for me because they have very strict rules and policies in place for deciding what pet foods they will offer in their stores. The girl that helped me knew so much about all the past recalls and she showed me 3 or 4 foods that she thought would be a good choice for my dog.She also showed me their self-bathe area and gave a tour of other items in the store. Large selection of treats, which were also screened for potential harmful ingredients. I left there with a large bag of food and 2 bags of treats. I knew I'd be back for bathing and when I needed a refill on food and treats.I know this is long, but I don't feel like you can say enough about how cautious one must be buying pet food or treats now. I'm very grateful they are in KC.GO! Go Pet Go!!!!!

Went above/beyond to help with the most finicky dog ever, provided samples to try with her in hopes of finding something to her liking. And SUCCESS - finally found nutritious food she actually will eat more than once! My sincere thanks to the manager and store for exceptional customer service and satisfaction. We use the self bathe for our 98 lbs Boxer and it's so nice to have a large tub we can stand up to to bathe him. The tubs are always clean and plenty of clean towels and an electric dryer for drying. No rushing us either. We highly recommend if you have a large dog, or any size.

I rescued a dog who I’m pretty sure had never been groomed prior to her visit at Go Pet Go. Her fur was badly matted, but Lori did an AMAZING job de-matting it and trimming her hair & nails. It was also evident that Lori treated my dog well, earning her trust. I was overly impressed & will definitely be returning!

Great products and services for your dogs and cats. You will find different foods there from the normal per stores, they offer mail trimming and grinding for dogs. They also offering full grooming, or a self wash if you want to do it yourself. Very friendly staff and always there to help you or offer advice to you. I highly recommend them.

I can not begin to say enough great things about the staff at Go Pet Go. Always kind and so sweet to my puppies when they come in. Rachel has been our groomer for several years now and she is the best. My dogs go nuts trying to run in the door when they know we are going to see her. They love her! I have gotten to know Rachel over the past few years and her love and compassion for animals is undeniable. I wouldn't take my pets anywhere but Go Pet Go and I would highly recommend them to anyone who was looking for a great place to get their pet groomed and pick up pet supplies all in one spot. :)

Our previous experience elsewhere (that isn't so smart!) definitely didn't know what they were doing in concern to grooming. Very happy with our quality of service at Go Pet Go! Great experiences here. We take both of our dogs to get their nails and glands done here. Prices can be high, but they always do a good job. They have a really good washing area to if your doggo needs that.

I brought my cat, Oscar, in to have a huge mat shaved off. I had just recently adopted him and the mat was so tightly attached there was no way I could have done it on my own. The groomer was awesome. Oscar was calm and did not seem irritated when he came back to me. She was fast and definitely affordable. She also did a fabulous job with the shave. I cannot even tell where she did it because she didn't shave a huge portion just what was needed. I will definitely be going back!

I went in today to get my German Shepherd groomed. I walked in and everyone seemed very nice up until they were going to take my dog back. The groomer started to pull on my dog by his leash to where he started to wine and he showed his teeth. She then began telling me she has been doing this for 7 years and she has only got bit once and it was by a German Shepherd. She handed me back the leash and told me that I need to go to the vet to get him sedated to get his hair cut. My dog has never bit anyone or is even in the slightest aggressive. By far the worst service.

I had a dog grooming appt setup weeks in advance due to their booked schedule. One of their top priorities, TOP policies is that they will NOT groom a dog without an updated rabies shot. I have been going to Go Pet Go for years. I can confirm this is the case. However, when I called to book my dogs grooming appt, they did not tell me he was behind on his rabies shot. It is their JOB to verify rabies expiration before booking the appt. Then, 1 day before my appt, they called to verify that I would be there. Again, they said nothing about his rabies shot being expired.I show up for my appt, Megan grabs the file, looks at it and says they can't groom my dog because he is behind on his shot. I asked her why didn’t they tell me he was behind when I set the appt or yesterday when they confirmed the appt? She went and grabbed the groomer and asked her if she told me when she verified the appt that he was behind on the shot. She said, "yes, I told him". Well they lied and I called them on it. They said nothing about the rabies shot being behind. Their confirmation phone call lasted 13 seconds. They called to verify if I would be in at my scheduled time, I asked what time, they looked and say 11am. I said I would be there and we ended the call. There is NO WAY we talked about my appt and my dog being behind on his rabies shot within 13 seconds. I would have argued with them, asked them why didn’t they tell me this when they booked the appt like they are supposed to etc. This would have been a 5 minute phone call with me trying to get an exception, talking to the manager, telling them how upset I was etc. I know me. Furthermore, had this conversation taken place, WHY in the world would I show up for my appt without having gotten him the shot? It makes NO SENSE. So, the groomer called me a liar to my face, Megan the store manager said she believed the groomer and that I needed to leave the store. I promise you had they mentioned an expired rabies shot, that conversation would have taken much longer than 13 seconds and I would NOT have shown up to my appt expecting to get my dog groomed just to be turned away. NEVER will I darken their door again. They cost me an hour of my time, called me a liar to my face and kicked me out of the store!

If I could’ve given zero stars I would have worst place ever to get your dog groomed . I went in for a sanitary and a go pet go special, Groomer only trimmed half the nails didn’t use the Dremel on a sanitary she wasn’t sure where to shave When I called them on it she tried to blame my dog . asked for a refund and the managers number apparently that never happens because she didn’t know what I was talking about had to call another store Staff was so rude groomer was unsure will never go to the store again !!!!!

We take our bordercollie, Nellie, here regularly for a full grooming. She always comes back in a good mood and smells SO good! They do a great job on her fur and usually add super cute bows on her. We love taking her here!
