Kendall is amazing! I have a chocolate lab and a Shiba Inu. I have always been scared to take him to a groomer because he can be a bit nippy when it comes to getting his nails trimmed and doesn’t tend to do great with other dogs. Kendall did absolutely amazing with him and said he did great throughout the whole process! Both dogs came out looking and smelling great. Thank you! If you have a dog and need a good groomer, Kendall is your girl!

Competitor was closed with no signage or anything, called your location 40 minutes before closing from competitors store and was told to come down. Was in and out in 15 minutes!

Madison, our groomer is amazing with our pet. She asks thorough questions about how we would like him groomed and keeps good notes from appointment to appointment. We never feel rushed dropping off or picking up. Just really good and thoughtful customer service everytime.

Maddie, the stylist, always takes the time needed to clean, dry and fully brush out my husky. He can be kinda difficult sometimes, and always vocal so I really appreciate her patience and the attention she gives him. My dog HATES to be washed and brushed but he gets excited when he sees Maddie so that tells me that he's treated well when I'm not there.

Maddie does a wonderful job with Blarney. She reminds me when to bring him in; always acts pleased to see him; asks questions regarding my expectations for the visit; discusses any areas of concern regarding him physically and even emotionally. They were very, compassionate, loving, and welcomed my dogs with open arms. My dogs are four and five months (Pomeranians). I just got my second Pom (Blue) a few days ago and took him for his first grooming, he was very skittish and they took him in with open arms. He snapped out of it a little after he got home.

I find it amusing that this store came up under dog groomers for difficult dogs. They didn’t even try to groom my dog. If anything the groomer handled her a bit roughly on first meeting. I felt like taking a nip out her too. Unless you have the most forgiving dog ever, don’t even bother.
