7 juvenile leos in a small tank with a single hide. Multiple sizes of heardies together in a small area and like 7 ball pythons all in a small tank too. This place shouldn't be allowed to sell animals.

Came in for cat food and wanted to take advantage of the “buy two cans, get one free” deal. I checked out with several other items and signed up to be a member. I did not realize the coupon I originally handed over was never applied. Shortly after leaving, Shelly left me a voicemail to stop back in so she could apply the discount. Never in my life have I experienced such great customer service! She went above and beyond to get me the best price and create a memorable experience at Petco; give this woman a raise!

The employees are always friendly and helpful. They have a good variety of dog supplies and I was surprised to find their Blue dog food was priced similarly to other big box retailers. They do charge 10 cents per bag at the register but don't tell you and simply ask, "Do you want a bag?" I only bring it up since it's not a common practice with other stores. It's not a big deal but it would have been nice to know ahead of agreeing to accepting my items in a bag.

Clean store, knowledgeable staff, plenty of options for pet supplies. My only critique is the wait to check out. Having adoptions processed at the register and processing the membership program sign-ups at the register definitely causes a back-up for the other customers. The staff were maintaining a positive attitude, but several customers were growing frustrated due to the inefficiency that management/corporate has put in place.

I have taken my golden doodle here for every grooming he has received. We have been probably 5 times now. My pup smells amazing every time I pick him up and he is way cleaner than I can do at home. They haven’t trimmed his nails too short ever and overall do a great job. The only downfalls I have noticed are 1. They take a little longer than some salons. 2. I noticed after our last visit that my dog had some areas around his paw that looked like razor burn but nothing too concerning. I am confident that when I discuss this with petco they will be professional and not allow this to happen again! I would recommend this location to friends!

Grooming was horrible. I asked specifically not to shave my dog down to the bare skin. They showed me a hair sample of what I would like and I thought everything was clear what I wanted. When we picked my dog up he was shaved not how I wanted and uncomfortable acting. I paid extra for nails to be groomed and they told me he has to come back in 6 months because they couldn’t complete that without going into his blood supply??? Never has that happened. I will not be back.

Grooming service was fine but the person at the desk was on their phone. She looked up at me with no acknowledgement and then went back to their phone before getting someone else to assist me. Checking out at the register the lady was extremely pushy about signing up for the rewards program and after several refusals told me I can "do whatever I want," clearly upset and annoyed.

I’ve went to them from the start and have been very satisfied with service in both grooming and vet. Had one bad experience at a vet that is not related to Vetco and had a very bad experience immediately called Vetco and they assisted my puppy and got him fixed from his bad visit from a non related Vetco thanks I will always use Vetco

Store and employees were a 10, except the fish tags below the tanks showing a photo of the fish, price, etc, needs replaced bad. Very faded and hard to read. But your employee did state they are coming and will be replaced soon.

Madi has been the only groomer my Missus has had in the 7 1/2 years since I rescued her in 2016. Everytime my baby girl has gotten to looking like a hot mess, she goes for spa day with Madi and is back to being her cute self. Madi is AMAZING with pets, and is the ONLY person I have EVER left baby girl with without me. She is AMAZING at what she does and Petco is lucky to have her.

Thank you for showing who you really are. I have partnered with you in the past and purchased all of my insects and many other items for my 501C3 rescue. I tried to return a Little Dipper today that I purchased in September that had the receipt inside of it from where I never opened it from the day I bought it. All I wanted was store credit but now I will just take all of my business elsewhere. People need to learn we are the customers. You should probably at least listen to us to improve yourselves instead of running us away.

Took my puppy for bath and hair cut I was very specific the length.. they cut off all of my puppy hair and didn’t gave him a bath my poor puppy was completely cover in his own hair bad service and the lady that provide service was super rude from the beginning just pay 60 for nothing

Service was good, but we were there for over 2 hours, waiting for them to figure out how to charge our Care credit card for vet services. Although 2 employees worked hard to try to get the card to be used. Very patient employees.

First time using Petco delivery service because I am sick with Covid 19 for the past 2 weeks. Petco delivered the wrong item that is damaged. I didn't order large bags of dog food, so I called Petco's Liberty, MO, store, Customer Service, and Distribution Center. They all told me that they can not remove the item from my porch and that I will have to discard of it. Only problem is that I am sick, can not lift the heavy bags of dog food, and it takes up more than half of my trash can. Oh yeah, tomorrow is trash collection day, so not sure where to put the trash Petco refuse to remove from my porch. Thank God I did not sign up for their yearly membership plan to receive free deliveries. Sorry to the person whose dogs are waiting on their food. Petco distribution center does not care about their customers. Petco's customer service is located in India, so they can not schedule a driver to pick up the wrong delivery. Petco's store manager has no communication with Petco's distribution center. The brain does not know what the hands and feet are doing! That's Petco's business policy! Thanks for 2 large bags of dog food spilt open inside of a box that I have to figure out how to discard. I still need to buy cat litter even after waiting 1 week for Petco's neglectful delivery service.

I needed to have my water tested as I had lost two fish in two days. I have a very established tank. The lady that was in the fish area was totally awesome.I had tested my water at home and came up with exactly what hers did. So no big deal other than it was the fishies time to go to the big bowl in heaven.I picked out a few more Tiger Barbs and this really awesome looking Rabbit Snail.They are all doing great and loving their nice big new aquarium. The picture below is the awesome new snail in his new home.

You're typical Petco with a very friendly and helpful staff.We've taken two dog training courses with Linda, and she was absolutely wonderful. Very helpful and kind with my furry children, and man, does this gal know her stuff. I was blown away with the progress that without her would have taken time consuming extensive training or at least hundreds and hundreds of more dollars. Go visit her with your furry kids, and you won't be disappointed.

I shop here quite often for my fish and now crested geckos. Each time I’ve visited I’ve been assisted by Alex and it’s been a great experience. Alex has always been super knowledgeable and helpful when we’ve worked with him and he carries a friendly personality! Will definitely keep my business with Petco in Liberty!

Not sure about doing the yearly promotion that they have do to our 1st vist was not great. One of our dogs was not dry even after we asked them to dry her longer. So I know the brush out after the bathing was not done either
