We went here to buy our Green Egg the day after Christmas. I had only heard of this place but they really wowed me with service, plus they were able to deliver the egg three hours after I purchased it. I was figuring it would take weeks. A great find in Liberty.

Lack of communication about repairs to my swim spa. Consultation went well and the gentleman was easily able to diagnose the problem. Unfortunately, even after I called him back several times, he never followed through with ordering new parts and coming back to fix. I escalated the situation with the store, and spoke with another gentleman who found the part we needed (control board), but forgot to look for the second part (blower). I agreed to payment and he was going to call me back with the additional cost for a new blower. He never did. After two months my swim spa remains unfixed, I am out the cost of the consultation, and there has been no action on fixing my swim spa.

I made an appointment with Hot Spot pools to fix my liner. They came and looked at it for $150. They strung me along for 2 months before they came to fix it. Then they said they wouldn’t help me. They could fix it but wouldn’t. Totally wasted summer. Couldn’t use the pool all summer while waiting for them.

Lisa has always been great to work with especially when we got our pool 3 years ago. Lindsey at the store has been nothing but fantastic when needing help with pool water quality or parts. I highly recommend buying your pool and or hot tub from them!!! Every year they have been their to meet our needs well after the sale.. GREAT SERVICE!!

Been searching for a new grill for a while and decided on a Napoleon. This place was the only dealer for this brand near me, so I stopped in. I stopped in multiple times looking at it and they remembered me each time. They were never pushy about trying to get me to buy each time I went in. They always answered any questions I had and were very knowledgeable.I finally pulled the trigger and it was a simple process. And they only charge $75 to put it together. Well worth my time. I will definitely be going back here for all of my grilling needs!

They did a good job. My only issue was he said they would have to charge me to put on the springs. I timed them it took 10 seconds to put the spring on a strap. There was 41 straps. They charged me $85.00 extra for that. So it took around 7 minutes to put on all of the springs all of the straps. Plus they didn’t hook one of the strap to the stud in the concrete.

We were interested in buying a spa and we wanted to shop local. I had done research and knew what they cost and that we could afford it.We stopped in here for information and the guy at the counter was not interested in helping us but there was no one else in the store. He gestured to the wall and said there were the brochures. Didn’t even come from behind the counter to talk, he pointed to the floor told us the 2 brands they carry and then walked off until we left. The girl at the register said she only knew how to run the register.It was an incredibly uncomfortable and awkward experience. Hopefully it was just an off day and something else was happening? I can’t help but think it was because we didn’t present ourselves like we had money. I hope that wasn’t the reason.

I absolutely love this pool place! The new staff is friendly and place is very clean. We have been working with Brad for several years and are so happy with our services! No matter who they send or what happens they are always on the ball And make it a truly easy experience. They are the type of people who will always tell you the truth and make things right. We would follow Brad anywhere he truly knows his stuff! Also best chemicals I have ever used on my pool! Never cut corners using cheap materials they are definitely pros at their job!!

Jason and his partner were very efficient. I was well pleased with there performance. I did note that the closing fee seemed to increase significantly from last year. Not sure if I will have to search for another provider or not? Have been with Hot Spot since 2009/10 and always enjoyed your services. If all companies are increasing fees, the only difference going forward will be the efficiency of service. I am hoping to order some needed parts and get them installed during the slack times this fall. Sure hope that works out.

TERRIBLE SERVICE! So they took off the cover, screwed in the jets and few other items and didn’t even turn on the on the pumps. Around $388.00 to do what I could have knocked out in an hour. The pics reflects what they consider a pool opening to look like. I will not be using their services or going to the store ever again. Super disappointed and honestly upset with the service as a whole. I ordered a new gauge last fall for the filter. Didn’t even get that done. I paid the another $700.00 bucks to have the sand replaced in my filter, and later found it dumped in my yard!! Oh and they left my hose running without informing me. Just wow, really bad. I’ve been ripped off today.

I’ve owned a 16,000 marquis spa for a little over 5 years. It’s leaking. Micro silk control doesn’t work. Main control panel doesn’t work. Another side control doesn’t work. All marquis says is sorry out of warranty

In the past I had Hot Spot Pools winterize my hot tub when I was having decks replaced and could not use it during winter. Most recently, I purchased a new hot tub cover for our Marquis Spa from Sierra at Hot Spot Pools. It is a manufacturer's cover and top quality. Sierra did a good job helping me figure out which tub I have and then placing the order. I had an installation of the cover by Hot Spot Pools as well. They did a good job. Hot Spot Pools, Hot Tubs and BBQ, did everything I asked of them and did it well.

They have a pretty decent selection of barbecue supplies, sauces, and rubs, but their customer service is absolutely awful. I went in looking for some new rubs to work with. A worker asked if I needed any help, I told him I was just browsing. When I picked out what I was going to get, I went and stood at the counter for 10 minutes, and the never saw the guy again. There was another worker helping a couple with picking out a hot tub that never even offered to go grab the other person from the back room.The variety is pretty nice, but do yourself a favor and order your products online. Even waiting for shipping, it'll probably get delivered before anyone decides to ring you up.

Bought new pool with sand filter pump from hot spot.. Associate sold my wife 150 pounds of sand for filter. We used 22 pounds and store would not refund for unused sand (2bags unused and unopened). Said it's not his fault( manager) and that basically I'm stuck with 2 bags of sand. 16 bucks a bag but still. Not right. I will go to peppers or any other pool store after this. At least they realize their mistakes and make it right. Just wat h what you buy here. You get a less than 1 star. ( not my fault) .customservice should be #1

I am selling my house with a pool and needed emergency service so that it would pass inspection. They fit our repair into their busy pool opening schedule. They did great work and I really recommend them to anybody with a pool or spa.The new owner that took over a couple of months ago has really improved the customer experience in this store! I have had a pool for 10 years and each time I went in to buy something small from the old owner, the staff would be very rude to me because I had not yet switched to them as my primary pool store because their staff was consistently rude to me each time I came in...

Been using this company to close and open my inground pool. Always friendly,gives you no hidden costs and explains the products they use when asked. Down to earth employees. If I drank,I'd have a brew with then. Clean and tidy. Has never left a mess unlike the previous company I used. Leaving chlorine tabs laying around my chlorinator. And little kids could pick it up! They will be installing a liner next spring!

Absolutely Terrible Service. We were interested in purchasing a hot tub. We walked in...there was one customer at the counter and one employee. They casually talked and appeared to be doing nothing. There were no prices posted on anything. There was no info material on the hot tubs. One of the floor models was dirty and beaten up, and there was a model Traeger grill that was recently used and disgustingly dirty. We were never greeted, spoken to, and acknowledged. After 20 minutes of this, we left. Don't waste your time, there are plenty of other vendors out there.
