All the employees are super friendly and helpful! We have bought several Guinea fowls and chicks here. Prices are a bit high for canning supplies and freeze drying supplies. The reason I’m only giving 4 stars is because of the store layout. Why are we not putting new chick supplies in one place? I bought my chicks up front just to have to walk all the way back for the chick starter feed and then all the way to the other side of the store for a heat light bulb. Let’s get it together, literally. Other than that, all my chicks have survived and are healthy.

Recently purchased a 72 inch Bad Boy zero turn mower. Assistant Manager was very helpful and made the purchase seamless. Pick up day, store manager walked us though all of the operation details and helped loading the machine. Nice place to shop

Came in and purchased 4 chickens & 1 duck. I didn’t get any paperwork for the duck & when I inquired I was sorry the Store was closing, and they had no literature for the duck. It was same habitat and everything as the chickens I came home my son was reading online that they should have different kinds of food the food that they gave me to purchased for the pets that I was buying was in a yellow bag for chick starters medicated, and they should’ve been given or I should’ve purchased the nonmedicated and I probably took out 3 tablespoons of the bag and I spoke with Grant the manager and he stated that once the food was open, it could not be exchanged for the proper kind. I said well is the health guarantee on the deck if something happens to it because we were given the wrong food and he said no guarantee the store no return on any food products and that the person informed me incorrectly and he said well that’s outside of the policy so the deck eats something wrong. He very well won’t make it and there’s no guarantee for it. I said aren’t you a manager and he And I stated you can’t make a $10 exchange. I have to go through the owner. I said OK great thank you

Feldman’s has a wide variety of items at very reasonable prices! Their staff is always nice, helpful, and friendly! They are my FAVORITE place to get feed, and supplies!

I was looking for a zero turn mower and I was advised to check out the Badboy line. I found that the only closest store was a Feldman's store in Linberty.. I thought that I would have to pick a mower out of a catalog. To my surprise, Felldman's had an entire showroom with many available models. I had many to choose from but I finally made my selection. The rest was even more painless.

Sometimes in the spring when they have the little chicks I walk around the store making bird noises to confuse people. If I'm being honest I do that to all stores that have chicks and some stores that don't. It confuses the hell out of everybody.

Always had a great experience here, very polite employees. Except for today stopped in for some seasonings they have the best assortment. Walked to counter woman looked at me no acknowledgement or words spoken just looks at me and then starts ringing me up, asks if I'm a rewards member I reply. Notices I'm kinda miffed then sarcastic tells me to have good day!Life must be bad, you get back what you put out! Too much to be polite.Just thought employer should know how their employees act is only reason I posted.

bought a treager from this feldmans in liberty. i do not have a truck and i am not good with tools and i dont have any. so i bought one that was already assembled. got home and the smoker did not have a power cord so i had to go back to the store for the power cord. the auger on my smoker was installed wrong (not by me) and the smoker would not work. management from feldmans told me it was treagers fault and ill have to fix the problem myself... i cannot fix the treager and i dont have a truck to to take the broken $1000 smoker back to feldmans. the feldmans manager told me that it he wanted his horses put in a different field he would us his truck and its my problem i dont have a truck.feldmans in liberty is a platinum treager dealer and are authorized thru treager to perform in home services (called treager and they told me as much) but the manager said they will not come fix my broken treager even tho i live less than two miles away.

There Stihl technicians are great. Had my chainsaw running Like New in a couple of days. I also go in there for some of my deer feed and hunting supplies. The staff is always helpful and if they're not knowledgeable in what I'm after they'll find someone who is.

I love Feldmans because of the mowers! Love coming in here looking at mowers! I love mowers! And for 7,499 for a 54 inch stand on that's not a bad price! Someday I hope to get one! They have quite a selection of bad boy mowers that's what I like! Oh and I was also looking at overalls but I didn't see any my size I'm roughly 5,3 195 lbs so I do not know what size to get besides that I love this store! I love coming in here!

Feldman's is my go to spot for straw bales, grass seed, and mulch, they will even help you load your trailer if you need assistance. They are friendly, helpful, and conveniently located off 291.

A lot of the workers here are very friendly and helpful! They have a lot of stuff in stock and I love it in the spring time when they get chicks and turkey poults in. :-) In fact, at least at the time of this review, I actually still have a turkey hen my brother picked up for me I believe close to two years ago.

Stopped here while traveling thru area. Looking for pheasant table decorations. Nothing found resembling what we were looking for. Lots of stuff to look at and check out. Enjoyed just looking. Staff was friendly and helpful.

I Visited the Liberty MO.  Store on Saturday 8/1//2023 to look for sheep shears.They didn't Have any. So an employer kindly recommends some other cutters to groom our dog with. We have been having issues with cutters not working and this is why we were looking for sheep shears. But we took the employee's recommendation and purchased the clippers. We took them home and they would not cut our dogs fur. So we went to take them back on Saturday the 5th. The Employee behind the register called for an assistant manager. She asked if we had the receipt and I advised we did not but I had the card they were purchased on and the date. I even showed her my Online banking account that showed the charge and the date. She then went to talk to the manager Josh B. She then came back and asked if we were Loyalty members. I advised we were not. She then said well I am sorry there is nothing we can do as they are used. I asked her to explain how I was going to know if they worked or not if we did not try to use them. She had no answer for me. I then asked to Speak to the Manager Josh who then came over and provided no help just saying we were unable to return them as they were used. I then again pleaded my case and said these clippers were recommended by an employee knowing we were looking for sheep shears. Again no help and I asked for his corporate number and he said there was No one else to talk to. His word was final.  We are now stuck with $108.00 shears that will not work with our dog..So buyer beware, The Store Does not care about you just the bottom line.

John back in the Stihl department went above and beyond on locating some parts. I didn’t make that purchase in store (he gave me the best option for me to save a few bucks and order myself) but I’ll be coming back guaranteed and will probably spend 4x what he saved me. He did give me an in store option if I needed to get my equipment up and running that day. Great customer service, ask for John

I went to turn in a defective hose and defective soaker hose today. The guy in charge pretty much talked over me and left the cashier to do it. Fine... as long as I get the return. But the cashier was mentally handicapped and tried telling the manager that he had never done one as he still walked away. He was sitting there moaning and whining and pacing in one place.... and it seemed like nobody wanted to help the poor guy. The lack of training and empathy disgusted me. I will never shop back here again
