I walked in 7below temp I just needed a bottle of water I checked my phone to see what time they closed it was 10pm I had 10 minutes so I jogged up there I was at the front door at 9:55pm so 5 minutes just enough time to run in and grab a bottle of water. BUT GUESS WHAT? The doors were already locked. I Stood outside the see through doors and I was so cold but the woman working did not even answer the phone when I called. She just left me standing outside and refused to even check to see what I needed.I don't think she cares about keeping her job! By the time I got back home I had frostbite on my fingers and my lips are now so chapped they are t3 times the normal sign. She didnt deserve the 1 star I had to give in order to post this

I have never written a review on any business, but this is becoming too much of a problem anymore. Worker was incredibly rude. When I asked if he was having a long day (because of his attitude-I felt bad for him), he said he had only been there an hour. Okay…Then he rang up my stuff but just stood there when done. I had to ask him for my total. He acted inconvenienced that I asked and that I was using cash. I have lived in Lexington for years, but will not be back. Store is a mess, fresh food was rotten, and when the workers are rude, it’s not worth my time.

Ran in to pick up a few things. There was only one person working that I could see. All the aisles were cluttered, some to the point of not being about to get down them. The Dollar General stores do carry a lot of variety but I have been in a lot of them in a lot of different locations and this seems to be the problem in all of them. This particular store was on Business 13 Hwy Lexington MO 64067

For a small store... Square-footage wise, it is amazing what they have available. A variety of household merchandise, and personal needs. They have some merchandise accessory item for cell phonestoo.This is my first stop when I am in need of something. It generally is a quick in and out too and the prices are affordable.

They always have what I am looking for durung work hours. Always friendly staff, but the store is never clean. There is always a bunch of boxes around and someone stocking the store. They need to hire someone to do it at night. Very disconcerting...

First time in this location. It was clean, had a huge selection, and no more disorganized than any other DG I've visited. Service was great for how busy it was at the time I was there. Overall, a good store to visit, and a location with a bit more selection than your average small store.

Dollar General sells items that are at least as high quality as Walmart at a lower price, and more of them are USA made than Walmart sells, too. I would trust Dollar General quality before Walmart's, as well.They also treat their employees better than Walmart does, from information I've been told by people who have worked at one, the other, or both. That's worth more to me than even the higher # of USA products!The ONLY downside of Dollar General is that their stores are smaller, so their selection is smaller, and they don't have some sections that Walmart has. Like no actual electronics section, few games for sale, no big crafts section, no fabrics for sale, no mechanic shop (for tires or oil changes), and no plants at all (garden plants, flowers, or trees)... none of those. That's why I don't give them 5 stars.If they could expand to include more items, and more sections, I would gladly give them 5 stars!

This dollar general is very good quality. I am always able to find what I am looking for and the staff is very helpful and nice. Easy place to get a bite to go for very affordable prices and you are able to find something for the whole family here.

Seems to have most needs prices aren't that bad. The lines do get long so don't be on a hurry

Lexington dollar store dose not have as much in it as OdessaBut Lexington is clear to get thru isle's.And the manager in Lexington is very nice they better keep her.They change managers alot in odessa

Some employees aren't very friendly and the Isles have carts setting in them making it hard to get down the aisle to shop.
