I would not recommend purchasing a Coleman Mini Bike from them. They do NOT stand by their product at all. We bought it this past Sunday, picked it up 2 days ago on Wednesday evening, purchased the motor oil for it 1 hour ago, all at the same store. We now are home and put in the oil and gas into the mini bike. However, gasoline started pouring all over the engine from underneath the gas tank. We are too worried about even trying ro start the bike. It has never been cranked once and has only been in our possession for 48 hours. They will not give any support on the bike and will not allow us to return it. The phone number they gave us has already closed for the day and is not open on weekends. We invested so much into this product and haven't been able to crank it, let alone ride it, while Tractor Supplies in Lee's Summit will not even stand by the broken product they sold in the first place. Beyond frustrating.

I love this location! Every Employee that I have had an interaction with was very friendly, professional, helpful, and did everything they could to make sure I got what I needed.I started coming here regularly because it has been the best place to get dog food, prices are great, our dogs love the food and it is good for them.My biggest complaint is lately I have had to wait and pray that you get more in before I completely run out, or I have to switch their food. Switching a dogs food is not easy and it can cause problems. I got lucky this time and was able to stay with the same brand. The lady that helped me was awesome very helpful with everything.My wife loves the books you offer as well!We will be back!!

One of my favorite places to shop! We get our horse treats and dog food from here. They have some quality country and outdoor wear like boots and coats but we also enjoy the rustic decor that is updated constantly. They also always have fun things like this old fashion soda!

Never have what you need. Terrible place to rely on to support your farm needs. Been going here for years and it only gets worse. They need some new management or something. The staff is also useless.

Thr local farm supplies store. Pet food supplies. Livestock, farm animal feed, and supplies. I regularly buy deer corn feed that we put out for our yard visitors.

So sad to say used to be one of the only propane places that still would take care of customers. We may not spend a lot but 30+ or unknown amount of time to fill up 1 tank because they have a load or something. When you see 4 people standing around doing nothing and your told there are only 4 working!

This was my first visit to the store, and I found a couple of farmhouse type things I wanted to buy for my daughter, who was also in the store with me. She had found a couple of things that she loved but put back.. I snuck them up to the register and was able to purchase and hide them from her until we left. The cashier that helped me purchase and then store the items by the register to assist in the surprise name was Maria. She was very kind and efficient.With staff so accommodating at this store, I am certain that it will receive top reviews. Very pleased.♥

I have been coming to this location for a number of years and have seen highs and lows. In the past, the store seemed a bit dirty and often short of staff. Since their remodel, this has changed infinitely. Store is clean, well stocked, well organized, and the staff is friendly and helpful. Jacob, in particular, has been of great assistance to my husband and I with loading purchases into our vehicles and providing insight on where to find items. He is a great employee that gives a small town feel to a commercialized brand.

We always have a great review when my wife and I visit Tractor Supply in CLINTON, MO. People there are quick to help us find things. Yesterday my wife went by herself since I had another commitment. She bought a trunk full of bird seed, but before she put a single bag in a cart the Manager said she was calling for help for my wife, who is 70+ years young. A young man named Mike arrived very quickly and just as quickly and smiling all the time loaded up 100 pounds of cracked corn and 140 pounds of bird seed. THEN he proceeded to push the cart up to the checkout and assisted in getting it all tagged for purchase. THEN he proceeded to push the cart towards the door, and my wife asked, "Are you going to take it to the car, too?" With a smile Mike said, "Yes! And I will unload it for you!" Which he did, smiling the entire time and being very pleasant to my wife. She has been singing his praises ever since. We thought you should know what a fine employee you have taking care of your customers! Thank you, Mike!

I have to admit it. Has the highest variety of dog food and cat food that I have yet seen in any tractor supply along the East Coast or Midwest. Got a huge selection just absolutely fabulous it's a standalone shopping and it's not being crowded by other shops or stores like in a shopping center it's just a fabulous fabulous store.

I spend $700 a month at this store and am a loyal customer. I will be taking my business elsewhere. I was treated so incredibly horrible all because I would not wear a mask. I asked them to show me their medical license to issue me a mask, and they said they would not allow me to check out. By The law of Jackson County and county ordinance they are required to offer me curbside service which they did not. The manager at this store was a very rude person and said she hopes I don’t ever return. I honestly will share my experience with everyone I know. Their competitors will now have my business.

I started using this store about 6 months ago and loved it. They had great pricing on dog treats and dog food. Today, I placed an online order for curbside pickup. I ordered 2 different types of dog treats and several of each. I received the email telling me my order was ready and headed to the store. Upon arrival, I called the number to let them know I was there. Waited about 5 minutes and a young girl comes out with only one kind of the dog treats I ordered. Long story short and after she made 3 trips in and out of the store. She could not find the other treats and basically accused me of already picking up my order and trying to pull one over on her. She literally asked me "Are you sure your were not here earlier today". She gave me the customer service number to call and deal with them directly. I was pretty speechless and left. I could not believe she was basically accusing me of stealing.After getting home, I reviewed my order and realized that I had two different store locations entered, one for each set of dog treats. That was purely my mistake but I just don't understand how the stores first reaction is to accuse me of already picking up the order and not looking into it further.

Good for what they are. Not a hardware store. General farm supplies and work clothing. Tools not first rate but you can live with it. Help is always friendly. Wish they wouldn't have such a turn over with the help . They need to pay the help more.

Nice folks. Very helpful. They let me wander all through the store looking at the plethora of products available, knowing I was going to purchase just one item: propane. I fear I may have been somewhat of a pest, asking questions of any employee I saw. When I finally checked out (after nearly an hour wandering), the young lady at the register told me to come back to wander anytime I wished. What a nice person. The young man who pumped my propane saw me inside the store, walked out of his way just to ensure I was finding everything for which I looked. Nice folks.

Second nite in a row that I went to Home Depot for something and they didn't carry it, then went to Tractor Supply and they carried my items....next time I'll be stopping at Tractor Supply first. Also the employees were very helpful and knowledgeable.

The employees are always helpful and the manager is super helpful. She went out of her way to look through the store for horse wormer when the crazy people began ingesting ivermectin. One of my favorite stores. Before you believe the negative reviews, click on the person making the review and see how many other negative reviews they've given to other businesses for asking people to wear a mask. Just because something's legal, doesn't mean you should do it. A person's political or religious affiliation is irrelevant when you're talking about public health. I very much appreciate TSC and other businesses with the intelligence to step up and protect their customers from people who are inconsiderate and incapable of understanding basic science. It's one of the many reasons I continue to shop there. Thank you TSC.

Great store, friendly and helpful staff. They usually always have what im looking for and their prices are quite reasonable. I buy feed for my chickens and ducks in there nearly every week and they always have a great selection and absolutely great prices on their scratch grains and layer crumbles.

Terrible customer service at this location. I choose not to wear a mask for medical exemptions. I was harassed by the cashier while shopping and when I went to purchase my items she held open a box of masks in front of my face and said “take one or I’m not checking you out”. I politely declined and left my items. I’m not going to tolerate being harassed by a 20 something year old who thinks she has some kind of authority and who has no business knowing my medical background. I will never set foot in that store again.

As others have said, this is the best place to buy propane and dog food, as well as other hard-to-find items not typically found in a city (like wildlife traps for the squirrels and rabbits). The employees are very hard-working; this is partly because they are a bit understaffed, and are very busy. The result is that if you need help, you are going to have to be patient and go hunt down someone for assistance. Don't expect them to walk you to the area where the thing you are looking for is located; you'll likely receive a suggested aisle and directions for the location on that aisle, and then need to find it yourself.

So watch out on pricing, the sign says 14.99 on deer plot mix and the have a sign that says 20% off all deer plot blends. Get to register and the try charging 25.99 a bag and said that was with 20 % off. So the store was all jacked up to begin with and then they won’t even honor the price that was posted. If you advertise prices make sure your products are label correctly. Probably won’t step foot in there again. Farm and home it is

Great place when you need something that isn't carried at the normal hardware store. Plenty of sacked grain for animal feed and fencing supplies as well as some tractor equipment. People were helpful, the stock was ample and I was able to find what I needed for my small farm. I use them every few weeks for feed and medical supplies for my livestock. Especially knowledgeable on horses, chickens and dogs. Give them a try

Went to get propane they forgot about me took 15 min to come out got no hi how are you or anything. When done filling my propane I said thank you and got no reply. Go in to check out no greeting or anything there either. Then went I said I didn’t need my receipt I got a have a nice day in a inconvenient or rude manner. You all should take notes from the independence location all their employees are friendly and make small talk and are full of smiles because they don’t hate their jobs.

We love shopping there, but in the past 2 yrs we go to Orschelein's. They are.about $2-$3 cheaper on everthing than Tractor SupplyHere is the kicker.....tractor supply owns Orschelein's!...with the price of food.and gas,.we.go where we get.the best bargain. TSC isnt it!

What is there to say? They are friendly, local, understanding and they match anyone's prices. Why would you go anywhere else for your farm or animal needs. Buy local and support local business or they won't be there when you need them most. I always try to buy here first.

I love this store. I buy all my horse feed, bedding, wormer, fencing supplies, dog, cat and bird food. Oh, and a t-shirt or two. It's a very well managed store. Always nice and neat and the customer service is second to none.
