We got two puppies from Petland Lee’s Summit and the experiences were equally as amazing for both!! The puppies are in perfect health and are both super sweet, the perfect additions to our home. For our second pup, Minnie (black and white), Lena was so amazing in helping us through the process. She was patient and extremely helpful answering all of our questions and really advocating for this puppy to find a great home. She truly cares! Petland Lee’s Summit is truly a great place to find your furry best friend :)

Excellent store and personnel. Chloe knew her stuff, she knew the individual animals. She was super pleasant, helpful, and beyond. We even texted after my purchase (of the best support dog ever) pictures and how great he was! Highly recommend this Petland and Chloe in particular!

It's a nice store. The salesperson I had must have been new, but he was nice. Of the free stuff they gave me with the purchase of my puppy all I have use for is the shampoo.

Petland? More like puppy land. There weren't any other pets, just puppies. No fish no birds no nothing besides puppies, and a limited variety of puppies at that. And despite how few people were in there, we were ignored by employees majority of the time we were in there. Multiple employees looked at us but they were slow to come talk to us. It was almost impossible to get their attention. Weird for a place trying to sell puppies.Not a fan. Also, the puppies looked really cold. A lot of them were shivering.

absolutely best experience i’ve ever had here. i always go to independence petland, and never really receive help from anyone. but i got help from ALL 4 employees when i was getting my new puppy ! quinton was the first one i ran into right after i walked in. he helped me throughout the whole process, along with lena and alex helping him and us with our difficulties. hands down best staff there that day. they all were so exited to see aurora go home, and made sure i knew everything about her and what she came with ! we’ll be back soon to see all of them !

Ally helped us with our new member to our family. Our beautiful French bulldog Stella. Stella is so precious and sweet. Ally was very nice and helpful. She answered all of our questions and she found the answer to what she didn’t know. The location was very nice and clean as well. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Ava was amazing - so friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Unfortunately one of the puppies we brought home had an ear infection, ear mites, and Giardia! She The warranty covered treatment and meds, but makes me question the thoroughness of the vet checks in-store!!
