The shop has always been clean. They are always rearranging things. Most of the employees are polite and somewhat helpful. Since I don't often see the same employee twice, I wonder about their turnover. Most of the cashiers are young. Unfortunately, the last time I was in the cashier had an "I couldn't care less" attitude. Good thing I had been there before. Basically, it's a big box pet store. Prices are a little high, but they carried a brand that I couldn't find elsewhere.

This place is fantastic. Not a corporate feel to it, hometown vibe & location...my Lab Retriever puppy girl, Zoey and I intentionally drive about 15 minutes to shop here. My first pet (let alone a puppy!), so I need all the help and advice I can get without being made to feel helpless.

Always nice and friendly, from the time you. Walk in the door. Very willin6 to help you get the merchandise you can't reach and take it to your car. They do have an awesome reward program so make sure you sign up for that and emails, they send you coupons anywhere from 10-30% off.

Just took my dog to this location for a bath. The woman at the register was very nice, I wish I would have asked her name. The reason for the two stars is the wash station at the back of the store. This area is not being kept up. The first thing I see when going past the gate is a dead cockroach on the floor…gross. The first station I pick has a garden hose attachment which is fine but it’s busted and sprays water from the base, which sprays water every where in all different directions. I moved to the other large station and that one also had a similar attachment but worked fine. Thankfully I was the only person back there so I got my pick of stations but when it gets busy that would be very frustrating to the person that gets stuck with the other station.

Came in to get get a new Hamster and the two young ladies working were absolutely wonderful. The one girl (name I didn't catch) chatted with me about pets while I waited for the other young woman (Angel) to get the paperwork. They were so friendly and kind. I really enjoyed my visit today.

The moment you walk through the door the staff are incredibly friendly in really helpful. They don't hesitate in offering help and directing me to exactly what I want . Or I should would it is what my Great Dane puppies would like. The pet grooming area is absolutely lovely. When I get the chance I will absolutely be bringing my puppies appeared for their bath. This should be an experience all in its own I shall keep you posted when I can bring them up here. The money I saved just on their treats alone is worth the trip. And they do eat a lot of goodies. They truly do make you and your pets feel like family. This applies in the store are so overwhelming. They have something to cover every single pet you possibly could own and I mean every pet. The even have snakes here. Massive amounts of products up-and-down every aisle for all your friends whether they have Fur or not

Pleasant first interaction, but cause I sat in my car for a minute before taking the cart back cause I was getting soaked, rude as hell and won't ever come back to this POS store, don't support these fakes. Nice to your face, but oh no, they have to do more work.

I have frenchies and they don't eat chicken. It's really the only place in Lees Summit that sells a variety of dog food flavors. Dog washing stations are the best.

I bought a betta fish from here, and I loved to see that they were kept in larger containers than retail stores. They were also in clean water and most of them looked healthy! Good job!

Small pet store with everything you need, very convenient not to have to go through a large pet supply store to grab one or two small things. Very friendly staff and I absolutely love the fresh birthday cakes for our puppy pals.

Probably my favorite pet supply store. They're one of the only stores that sells Victor brand food. They actually have a very large dog and cat food selection and their prices are good. Their raw frozen beef bones are about $2 cheaper a bag than any other store, which is awesome.But the biggest perk is their bath stations! It's $10 for an individual bath OR 5/$25 punch card. $5 a bath is way cheaper than anywhere else around. We switched my dog to a special shampoo for her skin, but they provide a lot of shampoo options. They also provide towels and the stations have a blow dryer. We get to enjoy a nice clean dog anytime we need to.

I loved this place! I used the self dog was and the staff was awesome. Got right to the point and brought me towels when they could. I had 3 dogs to bathe and was able to get all 3 done in a timely manner. There wasn’t much of a line when I got in either. And it only cost me $25 for a card with 5 baths on it. (Otherwise it’s $10/dog) from what it looks like they have a great selection of pet supplies as well

I love that you can return any food or treat, as long as it is atleast half full. I have a very picky pup, and have wasted more treats and food than i should. And it goes to a great cause, to a shelter. The pet wash station is great. My dog has outgrown being bathed at home. Great setup for dogs of all sizes. And at a great cost. Appreciate the staff. They are friendly, attentive and helpful. And all give my baby lots of love.

I shopped here because I was told by an employee you can return items. Turns out you cannot after speaking with a different employee. I’ll be spending my money elsewhere. Pet Supply LS wasted my time and money.

They give lots of coupons for crickets, which is the main reason I go there. They also sell 500 mealworms for $9, which is amazing compared to Petco's 100 for $4. Included a photo of a happy customer, my leopard gecko Chowder

My wife and I have been going to this location for five years when it first opened. All of the staff has been friendly and very helpful at all times. They always take the time to make sure that you have what you need and to answer any and all questions that may arise. also, Megan is an absolutely wonderful individual who is willing to take the time for anything that you need. Their dog baths are great.

welcoming, helpful and informed staff, many great offers and long isles of healthy foods for dogs and cats. this store is actually the very best pet supply store hands down. i have tried the barkery and treats unleashed as well as the big box affiliates plus the mom & pops, too. This is a well run fully stocked store with a very kind and intelligent manager with staff whom actually care about you and your pet(s).
