Absolutely love Cuddle Up Pup for our dog. The staff is very compassionate and ask all the questions to make sure they care for your pup the way you would at home. I also am very impressed with their grooming services. Our dog is always excited to be dropped off for boarding or daycare, and is always ready to home freshly groomed! I have a hard time trusting others to care for our dog but Cuddle Up Pup’s staff does a phenomenal job and I will never trust anyone else again. 100% recommend their services. The Blue Springs location is just as phenomenal if Lee’s Summit is not able to get your pup in!

I brought my 7 MO old Doberman Pinscher in to Cuddle Up Pup today and I am NOT IMPRESSED. He is a high energy dog and the winter months are hard since there’s not a lot to do to burn his energy. So, I thought Cuddle Up Pup would be a good place for him to burn energy and play with other dogs. When I picked him up from his trial day, I was told by the manager that he needed to be able to better listen to the workers. They said he was easily distracted (again 7 MO puppy) and I needed to work on his skills at home. I work with him everyday and he has also graduated from D.O.G. Obedience School (the place they partner with). They told me he could be a safety risk as he “ran the room” and could be “overbearing” with other dogs. D.O.G. actually used him to socialize smaller dogs/other puppies. I am insulted based on the amount of time and money I have put into training my dog.

We have used Cuddle Up Pup for years. Recently our Pug went blind, and they said “no problem “. They took great care of her, as if she was theirs, for nine days. She is always so happy when she knows she’s going there. Will never use anyplace else.

This place is amazing! They know my Dog as soon as we walk through the door and he literally jumps for joy to go there for daycare. I’ve also boarded here and he loved it. They have great staff, great communication and I feel really good about leaving him in their care.

Our pups absolutely lose their minds when we ask if they want to go to day care. They have loved going to the Lee's Summit location from day 1. We also always go to get the themed photos, which are absolutely fantastic.

If you are questioning the deshedding service, do it. Our six month old husky mix had it done and it is life changing. We went from vacuuming every other day to 1-2 times a week! She went from having 4-6 "fur caterpillars" from daily brushing to 1-2. It's made a huge difference in how much she cuddles and interacts with us too! She chooses to sleep in bed with us rather than on the cool tile. Thanks to Cuddle Up Pup, I have my cuddly puppy back!

Spent $1500 training our puppy at D.O.G. *the training facility that Cuddle Up Pup partners with, only to be told "he needs better skills" when we took him to Cuddle Up Pup for daycare. Doesn't add up!

I scheduled an appointment to have my fur baby groomed on 8/29/23. My fur baby has been at this location several times and groomed by the manager Bri. After dropping my fur baby offI was called at work and informed he pooped in the kennel 4 times. He has never pooped in his kennel. I left work early to pick up my baby. When I arrived he didn’t know who I was when I called his name, he just stared into space. They had to pick him up from behind the front desk and hand him to me. I hardly recognized him, they shaved him down to his bare Skin. When we arrived home he would not eat. I took him outside, he was so scared he ran back into the house. I called Cuddle Up Pup in Blue Springs today and asked if my baby was sedated to calm him, this was denied. Management reported they would look at the video and call me back today, however as I write this review they have not reached out to me. I will not be using their service again. They was no empathy or compassion regarding my concern. I pray this helps someone avoid a horrible experience. Please be cautious when using Cuddle Up Pup in Blue Springs.

Cuddle Up Pup is a great place for boarding those special friends we call our puppies. The front desk folks are very friendly and the prices very much in line with or below the other competitors around town. We have also had our pups bathed during a stay so they were clean upon our return. They love animals and that makes us very comfortable knowing that all is well when we're away traveling.

My dog loves this place and everyone seems to love him! I can get a lot of services done for convenience and the prices are standard. They also do events for the kiddos which I like as well, and my boy always comes home sleepy. Everyone is very nice too and very accommodating.

I boarded my Heeler for 48 hours with Cuddle Up Pup...I was extremely nervous to leave my shy girl but the staff were great and trustworthy. They took great care of my baby and she came back home all tuckered out from all the play. Will definitely be using them for our future boarding needs. It's also reasonably priced.

Cuddle Up Pup and its staff have my heart!! Our 3 little fluffs have two parents with full time jobs, one of whom is a firefighter. It's such a relief having a home away from home when we need it at a moments notice or for long stays! Our littles are exhausted from having so much fun when they get home. And mom and dad can rest easy knowing they are loved and cared for. Cuddle Up Pup is our go to!!

I've started taking my dog who didn't have a ton of socialization when he was a puppy. They've done fantastic and he's really opening up and becoming less fearful! Highly recommend them.

Cuddle Up Pup Blue Springs is wonderful! We took our aggressive Wheaten Terrier in to try a grooming. Cassie was our groomer and she was willing to try. He has been dismissed from several other groomers. She and the staff were kind, caring and got him groomed! We are thrilled with the service! He is invited back to get to know them and hopefully will develop a good relationship with the staff. We can't say enough positives about Cuddle Up Pup and their great staff! Take your fur babies there!

I chose Cuddle Up Pup due to location and that they provide play time daily during kenneling. We just kenneled one of our dogs for the first time for 11 days. It was EXPENSIVE and they returned me a very sick dog. I questioned staff upon pick up because my dog was coughing to the point of throwing up (classic kennel cough) as to when this started, why no one called, and is this considered normal for them? They looked at me like I was crazy to be questioning and upset. I have owned and kenneled dogs for 30 years. My only dog who ever got kennel cough had it at time of adoption from the city pound. I've never had one of my boarded dogs get kennel cough.I cannot recommend this place not only due to sickness but also due to price and the lack of compassion/empathy shown to me as I was clearly being returned a sick dog and not happy dog. I would give it 1 star but I will give it to them that my dog was housed safely and given food/play time. But I will not be returning nor recommending. If the staff had called me at first signs of illness I would be more understanding and I also feel it was poor taste to ask for and collect a monetary tip from me before they even delivered me my sick dog. They took an extra $$ amount above what boarding cost.

Great people here. Brought my pup for a daycare trial and the staff was friendly and caring. I do feel like the forms you are asked to fill out could be improved as I found myself providing the same information multiple times. With that being said, I will be bringing my pup back for another stay.

My large Great Dane mix is not welcome to socialize. His vet does not recommend neutering before 1 year yet Cuddle up mandates by 6mos. Who are you going to believe? No way I’m going to let Cuddle Up Pup discriminate against my dog. I will go elsewhere for services and suggest you do too!

Very nice dog boarding facilityThe rooms, not cages, the pups stay in have plenty of room. There are both indoor and outdoor play areas. We did a day care for our pup in preparation for several days of boarding. She loved the interaction with the other dogs. I love the staff! They are friendly, carrying and are"dog" people. I have no qualms about leaving our 1 year old goldendoodle with them when we travel and she can't join us.

My dog goes here frequently and I have never had a bad experience. He always comes home happy that he got to play with other dog friends. The staff is great and was so welcoming when I first brought him. I definitely recommend them for you and your fur babies!!!

We were looking for a new boarding kennel, and they were the only ones that gave us a tour. We had all our questions answered. We will take our fur babies in for daycare to see how they will do in this boarding kennel. We really loved what we saw.

Been taking my beagle there 6 months to a year she loves them and they love her. The only problem I have is during the holidays any holiday they only take boarded dogs. So if you have a package and particular days you take your dog you can't take them. Something is not right about that especially when you have picked days and have bought a package. Other than that every young lady that works there is awesome.
